The staff as well as the doctor were kind, professional and informative. A very well organized office. Nearly no waiting time. Excellent experience. I will follow up on all his recommendations.

I'm so happy I found Dr. Ubieta and his office! I Highly recommend this dentist! The office is clean, cozy, and relaxing (love the fountain). Staff is kind and prompt with calls and scheduling. Dr. Ubieta was very patient, professional and honest. He took his time to explain numerous things (which I hadn't experienced before). My dental exam was thourough and my cleaning was amazing! Although his office had other patients, it felt as if I was the only one there because of the tine he took with me. So Happy and smiling all the time now! Thank you!

Went in for an initial exam and a cleaning, which is covered by our insurance.

Exam discovered a cavity. I was informed of the cost of the filling, I agreed to the amount and the cavity was filled. They also tried to upsell me to a mouth guard, which I declined. However, they did not have time for a cleaning, I needed to reschedule. You know, because its so easy to get off work!

Scheduled to go back a week later for my cleaning at 2pm. They called multiple times the day before to ask me if I could go earlier or later because their schedule was open, I can only assume this would be for their lunch. To the frustration of my employer, I went in at noon.

I arrived 15 min late, I hadn't changed my appointment in my calendar. My cleaning went well, no issues, the hygienist was actually very professional. On my way out, I was handed a bill for $45. Honestly, my work was on my mind, I just handed the card over and paid for services rendered.

Once I got back to my desk, I called my insurer to ask about this charge to see if they would reimburse or why I had to pay such a large co-pay. They informed me that I should NOT have paid anything. I called the office and asked about the charge, they told me that I had misunderstood their services and the cleaning was more detailed (aka not covered by insurance). The good old Miami bait'n'switch. Lovely.

AT NO TIME WAS I INFORMED THIS WAS MORE THAN A REGULAR CLEANING.

We will NOT be returning to this office, there are plenty of other options in the area.

I love the customer service at this office, good and dedicated people work here, it feels good to come in and get your teeth treatment. They take care of you and the service is always fast, welcoming, very comfortable. I recommend this dentristy very much, very thankful I found this place.

Dr. Ubieta is very careful and precise. Has great and gentel hands PAIN FREE... His staff is extremly helpful and acomodating. Takes his time, gentel, and extremely thorough and informative. Best dental experience my family and I have had!

Words can not express our gratitude for these team of professionals, from Valeria Panne-Mora, the best in customer service, to Stavros, the Registered Dental Hygienist, to the dental assistants, and of course to Dr. Eduardo Ubieta , they are amazing !!!

There is a spirit of excellence in these people, going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing, this time was different, they are kind, loving and make you feel right at home. I broke a tooth by falling, it was repaired in no time! Dr. Ubieta took the time to explain everything he could do about it, gave me options, laughed with me, tension gone!!!, then he did the work!!!!

Office is super clean, accommodations for people with disabilities is excellent, appointment on time, available parking! I would recommend this dental office to anyone who has struggled or have had a bad experience with a dentist in the past, it's life changing!

Unfortunately, I have to say that I had a terrible experience by going to his practice. I went to have a Implant . The implant came with uneven surface in which there were no grip , very uncomfortable to chew . I asked Dr. Ubieta to take care of the issue; however, He said the software was indicating it was fine , with just maybe a little space between the bite , I said it is uncomfortable for me to chew . This is not cosmetic ; . Although, Mr. Ubieta did not think the same way. I expressed Mr. Ubieta my discomfort; however, he told me to wait six months because the top was going to adjust to the bite , I said No , Dr. It is not comfortable not to be able to eat , then he said ,I am a Specialist and I am recommending to wait six months ,if not go see another Dr. for a second opinion , and I did , I was frustrated with he’s response , not professional ,it seems he can’t accept that he made a mistake. At this point, Mr. Ubieta was presenting a temper tantrum evidenced by covering his eyes He took absolutely no responsibility of his work, invalidated my opinion and Raising he’s voice , honestly I paid out pocket , self pay , and I wanted my Money back to go get my implant at this Amazing clinic with a very kind and professional Dr. He presented himself as a very unethical professional, he said I will give the money to the Dentist you are going , I said No , I paid you ! You give the money to me , he was already treating me unethical and telling me this he really got me upset , then I said Fine ! I just wanted you to Accept your mistakes and learn from them , You did not wanted to take responsibility of your work , and fix the issue . Well then I agreed for him to send the money to my Dr. then days later he told he’s staff to call me for me to go and let him remove the implant , which I said great ! And he gave me the money back , making me feel like he was giving me something free , when I went to a consultation They promised we have a different technique with implants and not to worry that it was going to be perfect , that if something came up with the implant they will fix , because Implants can be sometimes not perfect .. and I did trust them , but since this happen and he did not took responsibility and he was unethical I am very disappointed with this Dr. never recommended him , he needs to learn from he’s mistakes . He even said my Dr. was trying to make money ! Which my Dr. is a professional , he did mi X rays and the exam , and he told me we need to replace it , I told him it was done overseas , there you go Dr. Ubieta learn how to be ethical and hope you learn from your mistakes . The office Manager took it personal being sarcastic and when I called to get some information about the implant she hang up on me . Horrible experience , Roxy was rude and just horrible attitude , again self pay , not insurance and they treated me like this , unacceptable.
