Everyone was friendly and courteous. Excellent customer service. The procedures were explained and the briefing after was thorough. If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend this place.

They don’t bother to check with your insurance company about coverage when you establish care. They just take a bunch of new X-rays and then charge you when your insurance company only covers a certain amount per year. Then you are stuck with the bill. Be aware!

I give this place no stars… We are done with them! They have wasted a cleaning for my husband and now today my daughter! We are not new pts not new to dentistry either… my husband was there for 4 hrs and they did all kinds of exrays and claimed he needed all this special deep cleaning by a specialist … I took him to my oral surgeon in Dothan and he was like His teeth are cleaner and healthier than mine…today my daughter didn’t get her teeth cleaned because they wanted a full mouth exray and they weren’t sure my insurance would pay for it which is nuts and wouldn’t clean her teeth without it…We’re DONE! They’re wasting our benefits and risking our oral health ! Ridiculous….

Don't waste your time because they will! Made first-time appointments for all my family in early December, 2020 for their earliest available, February 10, 2021. Waited 2 months, then they cancelled 48 hours before, saying they have no hygienist available until sometime in APRIL! Unbelievable! So, we had blocked everyone's schedules to accommodate these appointments, then they gave us very little notice cancelling, and now they want us to wait another 2 months hoping they won't cancel on us again... for our first ever appointments? No thank you! I can understand being busy, but this is no way to treat new patients. They should admit they are too busy up front next time and save everyone the hassle. Do yourself a favor and pick a different office in the first place.

I've always been terrified to go to dentists..but I've broken 2 teeth and needed same day service to fix them...they are my 2 front teeth to make matters worse. Dr. TRAN TOOK CARE OF ME AND FIXED MY SMILE! I am recommending Okaloosa Family dentists to anyone with anxiety about dental work..

I was here Jan. 24th at the NICEVILLE office and came into have my son get a cavity filled. When I can in they acted like they had no idea what was going on. I have been coming here for a few years and have never seen the same doctor or any of the staff, it’s constant turn over. They harass me with scheduling reminders and then they end up calling me to reschedule because there was a always an issue with staffing.

I had a great first experience with Okaloosa Family Dentistry. I had my new patient appointment and a cleaning. The technicians were kind, knowledgeable and gentle through the process and I felt very comforted and positive about everything. The only down side of the practice is that it took me almost 4 months to get an appointment, but it was east to schedule and the communication leading up to my appointment was great. I highly recommend this practice!

I used to LOVE this office. However, I was scheduled to have an appointment this morning and called first to ensure I was not driving an hour for nothing as we just had a hurricane to our West. The lady on the phone ensured me my appointment was still on even though she couldn't pull up the scheduler and told me to go ahead and come in when my appointment was on the books for. I drive an hour there and NOT a single soul was in the office! I called them back and when they answered I realized they must use an answering service, I explained to them my predicament and let them know that if anyone else calls in they need to let them know that no one is in office. I realize it was not the dental office directly that did this but they should have communicated between one another better (heck, I even got an email from their system yesterday reminding me of my appointment) Because of their lack of communication, I almost couldn't make it home today with bridges getting shut down left and right. I hope that I am the only person this has happened to!
I am BEYOND angry about this and I will not be returning to their offices.
