Wow. Just wow. This was my first experience with OFD and I'm just blown away! I met Gina my tech and knew right away I was going to like her. She told me their practice is to always have the same tech/ hygienist with you so you establish a trusting relationship!! I love that! Then offered me a blanket! Lip balm! TV!! It was so thoughtful and kind. I felt very seen and never rushed. I was educated thoroughly by Gina every procedure and process. Dr. Tran was kind, efficient and very thorough! Well done across the board!!!

I scheduled an appointment for a simple exam at 10:30 am and my mouth wasn’t opened for this exam until 11:25–this is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Other than that, the Dentist and Technicians were very thorough; they explained all aspects of what they found. I was pleasantly surprised to not walk out of there with an over-zealous treatment plan! Thank you Dr. Tran and staff for a great visit! See you again soon👍🏼

Crown popped off last Friday. Today, Tuesday, I saw a dentist as a new patient. Doctor and staff were very professional and helpful. Not looking forward to the work they will perform but looking forward to having them do it.

I am switching my family dental. I have been a customer with them for a while. They used to be better a couple of years a go. They used to check with the insurance for you before you agreed to do the procedure what the insurance would cover approximately but today they don't know what insurance would cover and they won't check with the insurance for me. I don't mind doing the procedure they recommend as long as it helps to improve my teeth and gum health ( though I know there's not much improvement because of my age and things just get naturally deteriorated. The whole dental industry just wanna mandate to add on things for you to do though they won't guarantee it will work and I am still ok with that.) I am just disappointed they are not willing to check with the insurance prior to the procedure anymore.

I have been going to Okaloosa Family Dentist for about 2 years now. They have always been very thorough in both teeth cleaning and gum disease. They let you know where they are in the process, how long it will take and if you have any questions. Their equipment is all new state of the art technology. I would recommend them.

This place double booked my appointment. I made it on a Thursday it was scheduled for Tuesday the following week. I was told after waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes that the hygienist wouldn't be able to see me. I was told it was because I did not confirm through a text message For an appointment that I made 4 days before in person. What is there to confirm? Lol. Will not be going back to this place they only have one dentist and overbook themselves
