I had a scheduled appointment that was being done that was referred by an another Dentist of theirs. I was told going in that they would perform the procedure that was recommended from the first visit. Found out during the end that they had no clue about the original produce suggested and scheduled. End result being they reversed the decision of the first dentist and still charged me for a “deep cleaning” when I originally went in for just a cleaning which my family gets free. Nothing but bait and switch with a facility unawares of each other’s actions.

A great first experience for someone who does not enjoy going to dentists. Professional, kind, took their time answering questions and explaining what and why they were doing each procedure. At the end of my appointment I set up my next appointment.

Nice place but charged us way too much for a check, pics and cleaning. Was told one price when made appt due to self pay then charged an exorbitant about. Not sure I would recommend this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. Office was short staffed, when my mouth was numbed, the dentist would leave the room and come back. Almost didn't have a hygienist back there at all. Told me I had a cracked tooth, Pulled my filling out and put a flimsy temporary filling in there and sent me on my way, now I am in a lot of pain.
Would not be able to see me for a temp crown until the end of the month, totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Do not go here. Find a competent dentist.

They are amazing! My son just had 2 baby teeth extracted. Not only was it quick and easy to get scheduled, it was half the cost of other dentists in the area, the staff was friendlier than the others, they were very sweet to me and my son, did an amazing job. They are a very caring group and everyone seems to really enjoy their job there. I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing - Honestly they are the lowest in the Destin/Niceville area and they are really professional.

Some may like this dentist. It was a horrible financial experience for me. I only have a dental plan. No insurance.i went there because I had a broken tooth and needed a cap. I walked out with a $1253.00 cleaning and my tooth was still broken. No cap. The dentist came in the room for MAYBE 3 minutes. All decisions were up to the hygienist. She said I had to have a deep cleaning. Dentist did not talk to me about it, nothing. When the shock wore off and I called, I was told the dentist determined my treatment plan. Dentist or hygienist are no longer there. They were just there helping out. Charged me for fluoride treatment I didn’t get. Office manager said she’d talk to regional manager and call me. No call. My neighbor is a dentist and looked at my x-rays in my mouth. She said I did not have periodontal disease and couldn’t believe that a dentist would be that dishonest. Beware. I just wanted all who read reviews to know how I was ripped off! If I could, I’d give them a minus 5, I would.
