My experience was great except for the insurance piece , I was told they were in network in a phone call prior to my appointment , then at the appointment I was told the it would be totally covered and given a preapproval for my next visit at no cost . My insurance denied coverage out of network, I brought the denial to the office, after my second treatment I was told I owe over 100 dollars . I met with the women in billing and was told that happens sometimes ,that someone made a mistake , I don't know how that could happen, they told me I was preapproved. I was very happy with the office, treatment and the rest of the experience except for the billing and insurance I still do not understand how this could happen and it be my fault

After a particularly horrible experience with another local dentist, I saw Dr. Joyce. He and his team assessed the situation and were positive they could help. I am very happy to report I now have a complete root canal (after 2 failed attempts and broken tools in my tooth) and it looks like my tooth will be saved. I am forever grateful. They also have taken excellent care of my children who had an equally poor experience with the same dentist. It is so refreshing to have an office who cares about helping people and not about profits.
