I moved here 9 months ago and took my time finding the perfect dentist. I had been with my previous dentist for 30 years and was very apprehensive meeting a new one. My previous dentist had sat me down, discussed what was going on with each tooth and said to be cautious with anyone who suggested work at this time. I was very pleasantly surprised when Dr. Joyce said the same things and was lock step in agreement (unknowingly) with my previous dentist! It was a most agreeable experience starting when I first called to make an appointment. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, professional and respectful even when I got lost getting there and had to be talked in! Jackson and Joyce do indeed project a family atmosphere!

My husband Douglas asked me to write this review. He had his first appointment on 12-16-2021. He said the office staff and the dentist were very nice and helpful. We are new to the area and did quite a bit of research when looking for a dentist. Decided to choose Jackson and Joyce and we think we have made the right choice. Highly recommend. My first appointment is for 12-20-2021 so I hope my experience goes as well.

Dr Joyce and Sara are the best! Had my 6 month cleaning yesterday. As always, they were great. Sara is gentle and thorough. Love the bird feeder on the window! Dr. Joyce addressed my concerns with grace, skill, and practicality. Great office, everyone is consistently terrific!

The staff is always friendly, on the phone or in person. My daughter went in for what we thought was an emergency and they took care of her and got her in within 2 days, even as a new patient. They eased our minds and let my husband go back with our daughter.

Not only do they take pride in their work, they are the most honest people I have ever encountered in the medical field. You will know in advance and upfront exactly what the costs are. And, if they can determine a way to help cut costs, they are quick to offer alternatives. If you are serious about maintaining good dental hygiene, Jackson and Joyce should be your first choice. A better dental office will be hard to locate.
