I was impressed with their friendlyness, efficiency and and ability to explain things clearly. My last dentist had said I needed special cleanings and all kinds of work and would not let me get a regular cleaning. I asked for a second opinion and it was very difficult to get them to agree. Basically they over treated and were very difficult to work with. Jackson and Joyce is the complete opposite so far.

It all starts out with the young lady who answers the phone with understanding and concern. The tech was also very concerned with getting me the proper care that I needed and was very efficient going through the process and getting an xray of the problem area. Dr. Jackson was straight to the point and that is what I appreciate from a doctor. I will go back if needed and I recommend Jackson & Joyce Family Dentistry to anyone in need of dental care.

Another great experience this AM as I went for my cleaning. On time ,painless and very efficient. Sarah does an exceptional job and has a pleasing and comforting personality. Highly recommend this office for all your dentistry needs.

I have been going to this dentist office for over 10 years now. I recommend J & J to everyone I know when they ask for a good dentist. Dr. Joyce and staff are always professional and friendly. They run that office very smoothly and stay on schedule- I never have to wait! I hate going to the dentist as much as anyone else does, but you are in good hands in this office.!!

I had never been to Jackson and Joyce Family Dentistry before and I called today for an emergency appointment because part of a tooth broke off and I was given a same day appointment. Everyone in the office were very professional and caring. Dr Joyce was very thorough and explained in great detail what needed to be done and what to expect. I’ve found my new dentist!! I would highly recommend them to everyone.

My dentist recently retired and I needed to find a new dentist. I chose Dr. Joyce since he had great reviews. Today was my first visit to his office and all those great reviews were spot on. From the minute I walked into the office I received a smile (I could tell by her eyes she was smiling under that mask) and a welcome hello. I was taken back to a room and the dental assistant was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel like I had known her forever. Then Dr. Joyce came in....what a fantastic person and great calming manner he has. I really get nervous going to the dentist, but not today!! He did an exam which is very thorough and then on to my filling. He is so gentle when he works on your teeth. I never once felt the shot he had to give me and he did an awesome job in filling my tooth. This is the first time in my life I have felt truly relaxed in the dentist chair. Then it was time to check out.... wow!! Even the lady who checked me out was so friendly and explained all the charges so I would understand them. They even give you a folder with lots of information in it to welcome you to their office and keep your papers together. If you need a dentist I highly recommend Dr. Joyce and all his staff. They are top notch!!

It took the VA a while to decide to let me go to Jackson and Joyce for my implants, but once I had transfered to Gainesville, it was Jackson and Joyce who was willing to take VA patients. Both of these dentists are veterans, so I feel right at home with them. Dr. Jackson has been great at taking care of my needs, the adjustments, the care is outstanding, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Recently moved from Virginia. Same dentist for 30+ years. He knew me and my fear of the dentist. Moving to Florida, I was at a loss. Someone recommended Jackson and Joyce. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I came here. The friendliness and yet professionalism of the entire staff is phenomenal. I don’t have dental insurance, and I certainly didn’t feel like they were doing unnecessary things to add to my bill. I’m so grateful for the recommendation. If you have a fear of the dentist...trust me...you will be made comfortable from entering their front door until exiting!

I have had a lot of dental work over the years from many different dentists. I have been lucky to have had all wonderful dentists. Dr Joyce is now added to the list. I will add that as Dr Joyce worked on my broken front tooth I thought how can he be done already. Certainly he performed the fastest work I have ever had. He matched the color of my front teeth perfectly, and I barely felt him work in my mouth. I was quite impressed and very happy with the results.
