They said my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) wouldn't accept a bill from them, and when I called BCBS, it turned out this was not true. I'm not going to pay for a dentist appointment out of pocket when I pay one of the best insurance plans available. When I canceled the appointment, they sent a bill for a cancellation fee of $50. I had been going here for years and now I'm being treated like a cavity.

I really like the he care I get from Dr. Jackson and the whole staff. I tried another dentistry several years ago that was under my Tricare Retiree dental plan and they were recommending unneeded and unnecessary work. Wonderful! Office staff very helpful and attentive always. The dental hygienist was gentle and did a thorough job. Best part was that they were quick and I was out and able to go to work earlier than expected.
