I could not speak more highly of Dr. Rothschild and his staff. They are warm, kind, and devoted to their patients. The front office staff, hygienists, assistants, are confirming and reassuring.

I have had many horrible experiences with other dentists over the years, which leaves me with heightened anxiety in the dentist’s chair. Dr. Rothschild understands that this is common for many people and works hard to put me at ease.

Dr. Rothschild and his staff are patient, and they walk you through everything they’re doing, whether it be in a cleaning, exam, or procedure. I never have to wonder or try to interpret what he means as he’s making notes because he goes through every detail out loud to ensure I understand it.

He has the best bedside manner I’ve seen of any dentist. He’s reassuring and goes the extra mile to ensure I’m as comfortable as possible, even warning me about what tastes yucky and ensuring my lips has plenty of Vaseline so they wouldn’t dry out whole he worked on me.

He also calls and checks on his patients the during the evening following a procedure to check on them, making himself available by cell in case surfing comes up. He even met my husband on New Year’s Eve to give him a prescription that I ended up needing three days post-procedure.

I recommend him without hesitation.

My family has been patients of Andover Dental for over 17 years. We have always had such a positive experience. Dr. Rothschild and his staff will always make you feel very welcome from the minute you walk in the door. You will never, ever feel like just a number, you will always be treated like family. Dr Rothschild and his staff make it an upmost priority to provide you and your family with excellent care. They value your time as well as theirs by keeping everyone’s appts on time. Their “waiting” room is really more of a “welcome” room. The staff always runs on time and they will never double book appts; your scheduled appt time is devoted solely to you. Dr. Rothschild is very thorough and will explain everything to you before and during your appt. Dr. Rothschild will always go over treatment plans and estimated costs with you in great detail. The office is always kept very clean, up to date and smells so good, they even have blankets available if you get chilly. The office staff is also awesome with children, they even have a child/ teenage hangout room located in the office. My children have always had a positive experience at this office. Another thing I love about Dr Rothschild is that he cares so much about his patients that he will personally call you the night that you have had a procedure done to check on you to see how you are doing and to see if you need anything; you will won’t receive that kind of care from an in and out type of clinical setting. If you are looking for a very well educated, caring dentist and staff then Andover Dental is the dental home for you.

I have gone to Andover Dental exclusively since it opened. The staff is all friendly and your care and comfort while being treated is their utmost importance. They are up to date on all available care and equipment and you are kept informed. Dental needs are taken care of as needed and with your approval. You'll receive honest explanations of your current and possible future needs.

We as a family used to come to this office yearly and it was good, we always recommended this office for the good treatment we received but they changed. Appointments are difficult to book, the attitude over the phone is not welcoming. You are late for one appointment because emergencies happens, you are on the way but they said is already late they can’t see you. They have 15 minutes grace period which I understand but we were close maximum 5 minutes more. They said I need to make a new appointment but they can’t book it before me paying a no show fee. I called back and agreed to pay the fee since is out family dentist for many years but now is not the fee, is the whole visit up front before making the appointment and seeing the doctor and when I asked which no show because they said “our family have many no shows/missed appointments” which is not true and I have my emails, they said is from an appointment from 2020 only one appointment. From 2 years ago and I went to the office after that and they never mentioned anything. Is unbelievable not having consideration towards patients from many years. I work at a medical office and we don’t treat our patients like that and we are understanding, we know this happens in life and emergencies happens. We care about our patients well-being but this office sadly is not like that. They said my insurance will reimburse me after around 3 weeks but is not only that is the way they treat you over the phone and making it hard to book the appointment and keep being put on a wait list. Sadly we will be going to another dentist from now on. This used to be a welcoming staff but not anymore. We will not recommend this office anymore, I will mention to everyone how they work and their “policies” that comes out of nowhere.

Due to a number of bad dental experiences, I'm quite sensitive about dentists and their staff. After moving from out of state, I did a lot of research and found Dr. Rothschild at Andover Dental. His staff is amazing and friendly. I was able to make an appointment without to much wait or hassle. I had a great experience. Dr. Rothschild cleaned my teeth personally, I was advised I might have an issue, but instead of rushing to "fix" it, we discussed and determined a course of action. It included a filling eventually. It went well. I've had a number of visits since moving, all excellent experiences, all the hygienists and dental assistants are phenomenal. Great dentist, great team.

Dr. Rothschild has been my dentist for 10+ years, and will continue to be for as long as I can. I love the staff, super friendly and always willing to help with those nasty insurance claims or figuring out what would work best for your budget. The dental hygienists are super gentle and thorough and Dr. Rothschild is simply amazing: always with a joke to tell or a way to cheer you up and put a smile in your face. I am very glad they are close to my home and that they take care of my dental health. My previous experiences with other offices were horrible, and stumbled upon through many offices until they were able to take care of all my dental issues. I will definitely recommend Andover Dental to anyone.

It had been over 3yrs that I do not go for a dental visit. My experiences with dentists have not been favorable. However, my friend told me about Andover dental and I am so glad I went. Dr. Rothschild and his staff are amazing. Extreme attention to detail. There were no sales pitch to get anything unnecessary done as I had experienced in other places. He explains every bit of the process to ease anxiety. Extremely clean and professional. I had a root canal on my first visit and was able to go back to work as if nothing. I had never experienced that before. He takes great pride in his work. He even follow up with me in the evening. This place is truly amazing.

I personally had a wonderful experience at Andover Dental. Kathy at the front desk was extremely, helpful, accommodating and understanding. She even called before more appointment to let me know the office was running ahead of schedule and I could be seen sooner if I was available! How nice of her! Belinda, my hygienist, gave me the best and most gentle cleaning I've probably ever had. She was mindful of any weak spots on my teeth and warned me before tackling the plaque between the deep grooves between my teeth (much appreciated!!). Dr. Rothschild was not only accommodating and friendly, but also as thorough as can be. He checked my mouth for oral cancer, something I'd never had checked for before but again much appreciated. He was gentle and made sure I was aware of what he was doing but also why. Being a science nerd myself I loved hearing all about vascularity within mouth and what not. He even said he'd be able to refine some previous dental work I had gotten done so I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out. All in all, my experience was wonderful and I would recommend Dr. Rothschild any day! Belinda again was also fantastic and I will be requesting her in the future!

Dr. Dennis Rothschild at Andover Dental is by far the best dentist I have ever visited. I moved from Kentucky to Orlando a few years ago and was afraid to find a new dentist. Well I developed a few cavities and eventually had to find a dentist. I actually searched high and low all over the central Florida area with no luck. You wouldn’t believe the horror stories I have with misquotes, etc at other dentists. I thought I would never find a trustworthy dentist....until I found Andover Dental. Dr. Rothschild is fun, charismatic, and most importantly an excellent dentist! His staff are all professional and on top of their game. From the receptionist to the hygienist, you will be in great hands! Everyone here treats you like family and puts all your worries at ease. I left with teeth whiter than they have ever been, confidence in the fillings I had done, and a peace of mind that is truly priceless. At 27 years old I feel more educated about my teeth than ever. If you are concerned about cost, you should know their rates are phenomenal. Give this place a shot, you will not be disappointed! Truly the best dentist!
