Waterford Lakes Dental

So great with my 8 year old! I have been super pleased in the last 7 months my son has been a patient. They helped me find an oral surgeon and put me at ease when we had some dental situations happening all at once . I have never waited long for an appointment . The office employees and dental assistants are always super nice. I never have a problem scheduling an appointment. I have no complaints! Happy to have found them!

This office has something very suspicious going on. Every year or two they fire the staff and dentist and start again.

My mother had a lot of work done with the former staff. She had one more quadrant of her mouth that needed to be fixed. We received a call the day before the appointment to tell us the doctor was out of town, then another call that the office would be renovated. After 2 months, I received a call to schedule an appointment. At that time I was told there was a new dentist and new staff. When I asked if the dentist could complete the work the former dentist started, they told me the staff and dentist were fired and they didn’t have my mother’s chart. BUT she could come back in for 130 dollars to begin again.

This place needs to be put in notice by the BBB; however, they are not a member. Why do they fire everyone every year or two and rid of charts and begin again?

I took my 7 year old for a cleaning as a new patient and they were all so sweet and friendly. Claudia is amazing! My daughter had no complaints and cannot wait to be back! Thank you Waterford Lakes Dental!

We moved here fairly recently from Indiana, so I needed to get established with a new dentist. Back in October, I called around to several offices and decided on Waterford Lakes Dental, and made my first appointment for today (11/15/22). This was made after confirming with my insurance company and the dentist, that they would be accepted for payment.
When I arrived for my appointment this morning, the receptionist advised me that they would not accept my insurance after all, so I would need to pay the $139 myself. There are two issues here: First, even though I was called by their office on Friday (11/11/22) and reminded of my appointment for today; plus, I received a text on Saturday and yesterday reminding me of the appointment. They failed to mention the insurance issue in either communication. The receptionist indicated that she called yesterday and left me a voicemail. It is impossible to leave me a voicemail, because it isn't working currently. Good customer service would have been to text me this information, just like they did to remind me of my appointment.
Secondly, they are 100% incorrect about my insurance not paying. I called them again after leaving the office to be certain, and they indicated, again, that they are not a PPO and would pay any dentist the stated amounts for cleanings and x-rays. The receptionist stated "that they had another situation with insurance like this and it didn't pay" Wow! That is a weak and unprofessional explanation to give someone, besides the fact that it is completely incorrect.
It is unfortunate that manners and professionalism are very rare these days. My search for a new dentist continues.

I have been a patient at Waterford Lakes Dental for the past year and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasure. The dental work is always top-notch and the hygienist is very knowledgeable and gentle. They take the time to explain every step of the process and ensure that I am comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of a caring and professional dental team.

The entire staff is very professional and courteous. The dentist, Dr. Marte, is absolutely amazing and tells you what she going to do and is calming and patient to anyone who has anxiety going to the dentist. This is the ONLY place to go to have your teeth maintained.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. I’ve seen doctors come and go. I’m temporarily without insurance, but I still wanted a cleaning. I was quoted a decent rate over the phone. I had a cleaning today at 11am. They told me the price is double what I was quoted. It didn’t sit well with me so I left. I recommend before you go here or any other dentist, price it ahead of time and make sure they take notes of it on your account.

We love Waterford Lakes Dental. Our entire family goes here. Dr. Martinez is fantastic with our little ones and is extremely patient with us especially my husband. Thank you for all that you do!

I’m so grateful they were able to see me the same day. The dentist was so pleasant , kind , explained what she was doing,…. Way different than my old dentist rough and mean. Neither the less this is my new dentist. Thank you and see you soon

Dr. Marti and her most professional staff listen to your concerns, answers your questions throughly, prepares a plan for your needs and proceeds with gentle care and proficiency. I am a huge fan ! ⭐️
