Stay away from this l place. They lie to new clients. My wife called to make an appointment and told them we had MerLife dental insurance and to ask if they were in network. The lady said yes we take MerLife, we take that as yes we are in network since that what what we asked. My wife makes an appointment for a cleaning. 1 1/2 hrs after her appointment time, she is charged over $100 for the cleaning. And that is with insurance paying part of it. I call to ask why and Jill, the office manager, told me they are not in network and did we verify with MerLife. I told her that we assumed when my wife asked and and was told that, they were being truthful and not just looking to take money from a new client. We would have never have gone to them if we knew why had to pay since our insurance offers free cleanings in network. Again she tells nobody would tell my wife that they are in network. So now she is calling my wife a liar. She tries to go on and explain why they are not on network with MetLife and I should ask the 1000+ patients how good they are. I tell her since we were given incorrect information, we would like our money back. Again she says nobody would tell my wife they are in network, says the will not give us a refund because we should have checked with MetLife and offers to call my wife an apologize. Are you kidding me. Lies to my wife, takes our money and offers an apology.
Pathetic place of business with no ethics. And BTW my wife goes to the dentist every 6 months, and they found a cavity and 2 fillings that need to be redone. Never heard from any other dentist that her fillings were bad but the defiantly wanted her money. Another way of ripping off the customer.

Went to this practice last week for the very first time and I was really impressed im not one who likes posting reviews however had to make an exception for Andover Dental. The Dr is amazing and very knowledgeable and the staff are extremely nice. Don't take my word for it check them out you wont regret your visit!

I am so grateful for Dr. Dennis. I was only home from college Thursday-Sunday, and he came into the office to clean my teeth when the office was closed on Saturday. He truly cares about his patients and does anything it takes to make things work. Above and beyond....thank you!!!!!!:)
