The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. They only cared about selling the Invisalign product and not the exam and cleaning. I had to tell them three times I was not interested. A lousy cleaning, and to make it worst they tried to charge me more than what my insurance establish for the fluoride. I ended up leaving without getting it. Never going back.

Went in for bonding and was told I needed a crown. On my return appointment do get my permanent crown put in the office was closed. I took time off of work and nobody called me to tell me there was a water line break in the office earlier that week and they would be closed. I spent the entire remaining week and next week calling everyday to have it rescheduled with no response. When I finally got ahold of someone to get my appointment rescheduled it was 8 days later. My permanent crown was the wrong size and the bonding I needed in the tooth next to it was not able to fit. The dentist ground my crown down to make room. When the bonding was then added it was very misshapen and you could barely get floss between my teeth. The bonding in the opposite side also needed to be done and I had to keep directing the dentist to fix the shape and size because it was too long and skinny. He seemed like he didn’t want to try and make my teeth match in size and shape and got annoyed when I suggested there was an issue. This whole process here was a nightmare and if I didn’t pay for my crown ahead of time I would have never gone back. He’s fine for regular dentistry work but does not cut it as a “cosmetic dentist”.

Terrible customer service. I called on the 21st of September and booked an appointment on the 27th of October. They did not send me a confirmation for the appointment or anything. So, I called on the day of the appointment to make sure it’s confirmed but the lady that talked to me on the phone told me that the appointment was on the 22nd of October and was very rude to me. I told her that it can’t be possible because I made the appointment on the 27th, she said that she called and when I asked her what number she called, she gave me a number that isn’t even close to mine. They are not organized and very unprofessional. I don’t recommend them to anyone. They wasted my time and now I have to wait another month to get an appointment somewhere else. If the dentist wants to have a good reputation, he should hire a more professional and proficient staff.

pathetic and rude staff. I come only every 6 months and everytime t make the best appointment of the day and the dentist is running late! and I mean LATE! 30-45 min late! I work so this is a complete waste of my time.
also the staff has booked random appointments and tried to charge me for no shows they are useless!

HORRIBLE STAFF. rude and incompetent. the dentist is ALWAYS RUNNING LATE (30 - 1 hour late). Total waste of time. Dee Dee, the office manager treats clients like they are bothering her. Their scheduling department is a mess. they have double booked me a few times to appointments I didn't even request! the entire office staff needs to be replaced.

Friendly staff and the Dentist was also great! Will definitely continue to bring my son to see Dr. Oberoi. My son had questions and the doctor made sure to answer all of them!

He is fair but firm. Some people can't handle the personality of an old school professional.
