I would absolutely never return. Annie, the receptionist, was very rude. My insurance benefits were ran incorrectly, causing me to have to pay for things my insurance covered at 100%. I had to go back and jump through hoops to request a refund. They failed to tell me that they cancelled my appointment due to my original doctor leaving the practice. The dentist's themselves are great, but sometimes I feel like they try to oversell you on treatments and procedures. Be cautious.

I came to this dentist office while I was on vacation because i was experiencing the worst toothache. As soon as I walked in i was greeted with a welcome. The wait wasn't long. I told the front desk that I was on vacation and was due to fly back home in a couple days. She had Mario(the Dental Assistant) escort me to the back. Once there he kept me laughing just to take away the pain for a bit. Which took my mind off it. He was very professional and friendly as well. Once he was done the Dentist came in, examined me and prescribed me pain medication. I definitely would recommend this place as they are fast, friendly and professional.

Dr. Song is literally the reason that I’ve stopped refraining from smiling or avoiding pictures because of my gap. He had been incredibly calm, kind, and personable since my first appointment and has only ever given thoughtful recommendations based off of my budget! Any time anyone even MENTIONS teeth, I bring up my amazing dentist!

I’ve been coming here for about a year now. Dentists these days feel like mini sales departments, and while I’m still feeling out this location in regards to that, their staff have always been really nice. Javon was extremely helpful

I broke my crown and they were able to get me in same day. Dr. Song was amazing and gentle felt no pain he replaced my crown for me same day. I left within a few hours with my new crown that felt better than my old one. Everyone from the front desk and the young lady assisting Dr. Song was amazing.

Each time I visit I am impressed with the positive attention. Especially recently how comfortable Arianna made me feel about the additional treatment I needed.
I probably wouldn’t have moved forward right away with the suggested treatment if she didn’t talk me through it the details.

Dr Doomra and his dental
Hygienists and front staff were all top notch. Helping me coordinate insurance and payments and very responsive. I have serious TMJ and my prior dentist in Atlanta refused my cleaning. Here they were able to do the deep cleaning and kept me out of pain the whole time, constantly checking in. He also did a crown and was pain free. Dr Doomra really takes his time and listens /addresses all your concerns! Best dentist ever! Highest recommendation from me

Pros:
1. Nice front desk staff, easy communication
2. Easy to book an appointment (but they might switch a doctor without your permission)
Cons:
1. Poor time management, end up sitting there and wait for 30-45 minute
2. Dr Karan Doomra is impatient. He recommended pricier and unnecessary procedure. I understand it might be more beneficial than the regular one. But if you are trying to convince people to purchase your expensive procedure, probably work a little bit harder and take some time to educate the patient :) Your patients paid for your knowledge.

I went to an appointment with my mother who has always been afraid of going to the dentist and can be very stubborn. So i thought this appointment would be an interesting one. We were kindly greeted when we walked in. Mother was very nervous still. Once we got to the back we had a very nice gentleman by the name of Mario, that was so kind and patient to my mother and eased her nerves and walked her through every step that everything would be ok. I was so gratefull for him making this experience pleasent for her. Mother left very pleased. We will definitely be going back to this dentist office again.
