Very friendly and personable experience. Liz was so good with our schedule and insurance. We went for my husband and given a list of all the procedures he would need for the next 7 appointments and how much each would cost after insurance! That was so helpful because it helps us plan comfortably. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I made an appointment for a cleaning as a new patient for last Friday. I was told they would need to take X-rays before the cleaning and I said that this was fine. The day of the appointment, they called to let me know that they could no longer do it and they rescheduled me for the following Monday. When I showed up for the appointment, the office seemed run down, disorganized and not very tidy from what I could see from the reception area, which, of course, did not instill confidence. I was then informed that they "most likely would have time" to do my cleaning today after the X-rays. I was confused by this. I made an appointment to do a cleaning, and I expected a cleaning the same day, after the X-rays, but I was now being told that there was a possibility that they would not have time to perform the primary service I came for. This is not the sort of disrespect for my time that I want from a dentist. If you want to build lasting patient relationships, you should consider being more transparent and considerate. I walked out and will not be coming back.

They were able to see me the same day I called and do a root canal that I desperately needed. Very friendly staff preformed the procedure very fast and most importantly painlessly. I can finally enjoy my food again.

I first went to this dental office a year ago when I was told that three of my previous fillings were decaying and needed replacements. I proceeded with the replacements as recommended, even though I had only felt at very rare occasions a mild nerve pain in one filling and nothing in the others. After the replacements, I started to feel moderate pains in two of the new fillings whenever I chewed food or drank anything, even room-temperature water. The pains got better after a few weeks, but I still couldn't bite anything with the teeth that had the fillings. I went back to this office two more times, each a few months apart, but every time they just filed down the fillings a little to "fix the bite" and never really got rid of the pain. It's been a year now and I still feel pain whenever I chew firm foods such as meat. I think it is time for me to find a new dentist. The two stars are for the friendly staff and the nice, clean office.

Ok my experience these past 3 months have been skeptical I scheduled new patient appt back in oct. I went in had a consolation xrays and evaluation done after providing my insurance i leave get a call back from the office telling g me they can do my deep cleaning that same day this was after telling my insurance was great and covered 100% of my treatment plan. Mind u I thought this was odd to try to get me in the office the same day next day I had a deep cleaning done of my whole mouth which should have been done in sections I wasn't happy dealt with pain all night long scheduled a mother cleaning and polish which I dont k ow why that was done before the fillings anyway by this time I'm not in pretty well and not sure if my insurance will approve another dentist or not but at this poi t it was worth trying because I went for the filli g which she said supposedly my cavities were so deep in my wisdom deep it would be best to extract them later on if I have pain, well I didnt have not one single bit of pain ever before I started this dentist treatment plan now after getting all my wisdom and molars drilled in and filled I cant wat or drink 2 days later is this normal I think not I immediately switched dentist at that point I tried calling emailing and telling g them this no answer and no response. Avoid them please folks save your insurance and time.

Terrible never go to this site, unprofessional, I went twice without any pain and after their treatments on two occasions I left with extreme sensitivity in my teeth, I will never return to this site

I got a root canal here last year in January, came back twice to get it fixed because I was still experiencing nerve pain/sensitivity after a couple of weeks. Each time they just filed down the same tooth instead of doing more X-rays. My tooth still to this day has sensitivity because I ran out of insurance money to use. I will be getting it fixed this year but most definitely NEVER coming back to this dentist office.
