Dental Care at Dr. Phillips

Awesome and lovely place! Staff is so nice and friendly. As a new patient, they make you feel so welcomed. They even give you a little something as a welcome gift. I'm in awe experiencing this place. It's a keeper! I highly recommend.

The day before my appointment, I received a questionnaire as a text, asking me questions regarding Covid (Have you been around anyone who tested positive for Covid 19; Have you been out of the country recently; Do you have a fever; etc.) As soon as I walked in the door, I was asked to use hand sanitizer. The receptionist was new, friendly and introduced herself to me. Next, my temperature was taken. I was assured that everything in the waiting room had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. I felt more at ease seeing all of the safety precautions that had been taken. My hygienist was on time. She wore a gown, as well as a mask and a clear face guard. She has been cleaning my teeth for 9 years and is very professional. I had x-rays taken and I hate this! But she works with me and does it as quickly as possible! Finally, the doctor came in and checked out my teeth, and I passed with flying colors! Thanks for everything!

Everybody at the office is kind, helpful and professional. They always keep an on time schedule. Dr. Nguyen is caring and skilled at her job. Have been going to this office since 2001. Conveniently located in Dr. Phillips area. Would definitely recommend this dentist and office.

This was the first dentist I went to when I moved from NJ. Since becoming a client, I had little billing issues that were worked out, and I didn't pay it any mind. Their weren't many hours, and the hours eventually got shortened too. I have a job where unfortunately it's not very friendly to a work/life balance. I had to call to reschedule my Sept appt to Oct. When I did I told them it might not work bc of my work schedule, and I was told just to call if anything came up. Something did and the soonest they had was a 10am appointment in Nov. I told them I'll see what I can do. I just called to let them know I can't make it, I need something really early. And I was told "Well this has to stop. We can't keep pushing out your appointment. You can't keep rescheduling" So, I told them I'd find another dentist and she said good luck. I know the other reviews are positive, but unfortunately that wasn't my experience.

Amazing! Great staff, fantastic Dentist. They take great care to make sure you are comfortable and informed. I was there for a while and it was easy and pain free. I highly recommend them!

Amazing staff, clean facility and friendly approach to care. Judy is a compassionate health care provider, an amazing hygienist. For me, a cleaning with her is a spa treatment for my mouth more than an arduous 6 month visit.

Went there today for the first time, recommended by a friend. Could not be more pleased with my experience. In this day and age when companies are so cold and impersonal it is amazing to find such a warm and welcoming group of people. Everyone is so friendly and professional I can not say enough good things about them. Truly impressive.

Great customer service, Dr. Nguyen and her team truly do an excellent job with customer service. During these times, they take all the correct precautions to make the customer feel safe. Highly recommended.

I am so happy that I took my daugther Vymarie to Dental Care at Dr.phillips, cause she is no longer afraid of needles, they are so good that my daugther said she didn't feel a thing, to the point she was arguing with me that the staff did her filling withinfection, we went back and forth, on our next visit for her other filling and a root canal, they told her that they did and she said she did not feel a thing.
I am extremely grateful and proud with the amount of care this staff puts in for their clients. So I thank you all.
