I have been going to Dental Care at Dr. Phillips for years. They are very prompt. I never have to wait. Dr. Bhanji has addressed any issues I have had and the staff is super friendly, organized and polite. I don't mind going to the dentist! (And the new wait room looks great)!

While I love this dental office and the very friendly associates; I was recently very disappointed when after 2 hours the permanent crown that had arrived did not fit. Dr. Nuygen tried and tried, but I left with the same temp crown I walked in with. What a waste of time for everyone involved. While Dr. Nuygen was very apologetic it was still a most frustrating appt. I am the third person I know who has had this very same issue in the past year or so at this dentist. (and I recommended this dentist to both of them!) Perhaps utilizing a different lab for such work would alleviate the problem?
