Palmetto Bay Family Dentistry is the perfect place for your dental care. Immediately, I was greeted by their professional, courteous and warm staff. The office was aesthetically pleasing, clean and comfortable with modern dental equipment. Also, they used COVID-19 protective measures and precautions to keep me safe while they cared for me. Most importantly, Dr. Norris P. Navoa actively listened to my needs and concerns, and took the time to address all of them. We came up with the best short- and long-term oral health plan that addressed my unique dental care needs. After my exceptional oral examination, Dr. Navoa performed a comfortable and efficient dental cleaning, which included brief pauses to assess my pain/discomfort. Despite having sensitive gums, I experienced very little discomfort. I highly recommend Palmetto Bay Family Dentistry; book your appointment now!

I decided to make a dental appointment at Palmeto Bay Family Dentistry after doing an extensive research of other dental offices near me, focusing on the reviews I had read on each. I was positively impressed as I read the reviews of people that had good experiences going to Palmetto Bay Family Dentistry. Once there I met Dr. Norris Navoa and his staff and found myself feeling that I had made the right choice. Then X rays and photos were taken of my mouth and teeth. Dr. Navoa show me on the large monitor and explained in details, with no rush, my present dental condition. I understood him clearly and agreed. Dr. Navoa established a three step plan of action for me and was awesome in his explanations. He communicated very clearly and took time in making sure I undertood where I am and how my dental health can be improved. Finally, I agreed to carry on whith Dr. Navoa's plan. Maria and Denise were also great. They made me feel I had made the right choice. They were very friendly and helpful. In all I felt very good about going to Palmetto Bay Family Dentistry that I will surely recommend it to anyone.
