Woke up with my wisdom teeth killing me! They fit me in that morning and within 1 hour they had it pulled! Pain relieved. The doctor made shure i was takin care of and didn't make me wait for another appointment! Great environment, nurses and awsome doctor. Would definitely recommend!!

The receptionist was on the phone most of time I was there yesterday morning as a new patient. She returned my dental insurance card but unfortunately I forgot to ask for my driver license back from her and now it is "lost" somewhere. So now I have to pay for a replacement and have no driver license. My warning is make sure you get your driver license back. I have never had this happen to me until now. Not happy and will not be returning for a follow up appointment.

I dropped by the dental center yesterday 4-15-15 and wanted to sign up as a new
customer, they were going to get back to me by the end of the day..Well today 4-16-15 at almost closing time for them, still no call from them letting me know if they would
take my insurance.I have the Guardian, some of the best out there. After reading most of the reviews, I am glad they didn't want me as a customer!!

My Husband and I visited this dentist office one time a piece on seperate occassions. My husband is on my dental insurance and my insurance covers two dental cleanings a year for FREE!! When I went to the dentist office for my appointment the people where fairly nice and I did not have a problem except for the fact that the Dentist was more concerned with my appearance than the health of my teeth. He stated that I could get reconstuctive surgery to fix somethings and that he could work on getting me some braces and so on and so fourth. I am about to be 30 yrs. old, I am happy with my smile as it is as long as my teeth are healthy, I have been living with this smile for 30yrs. why on earth would I pay thousands of dollars to change it now! Then when my husband went to his appt. appearently they cleaned his teeth and then decided to do more work on his mouth without informing him of the extra work that had been done or of the extra money that it would cost and that our insurance would not cover it. I can't speak for anyone else but in my times going to the Dr. any type of Dr. they have informed me if there needed to be any extra work done and let me choose whether or not I wanted it to be done and informed me of the price of service at that time not 2 yrs. later. We dropped this dentist in 2011 and I just recieved a call from them yesterday 05/13 asking if we were going to bring our children in for a visit and to let us now that we have a balance on our account from my husband's cleaning, which was suppose to be free. Pam the person that was giving me this information was very unknowledgable of anything and she just really carried on like she did not care about what I was trying to tell her. I ask her to send me a bill of the services that where done by fax and she proceeded to inform me that she could not send me that information and that she would have to ask her manager what information that she could send me, and she also informed me that my insurance company should have a copy of my bill and that I needed to get it from them. I called the dentist office the very next morning to see if Pam had spoken to her manager and if she was now able to fax me a bill in which I should never been charged and when I called a young lady named Ashley answered the phone. When I asked for Pam, Ashley asked who was calling and I informed her of my name and she put me on hold, a few seconds later Ashley came back to the phone and informed me that Pam was in the back and could she put me on hold for a few more seconds, I agreed and was placed back on hold for 15 min. I finally got tired of holding and hung up. When I tried to call the number that I had been using it kept sending me to voicemail, so I googled for another business number for them and called that number and it was disconnected. After trying the first number that I had been calling for 30min. back to back and receiving voicemail back to back, someone finally answered the phone. This time Ashley answered the phone and I asked to speak to the manager directly she asked if she could have my name and I said no you may not. The manager almost immediatly came to the phone and I informed her of the situation that had occured and she asked me what my fax number was and told me that she would fax over my bill right away that has been over an hour ago and I have still yet to have received anything by fax. So I guess we will just wait and see if I ever receive this infamous fax. This is a very shady business and I would never recommend for anyone to go here.

Very non personal. I had terrible issues after my oral surgery which weren't addressed properly. I even had a cavity fixed at this location a couple of years ago before my surgery and within a week of the repair I felt there was something wrong with my filling. Instead of listening to my concerns they wrote me off. Over time the filling chipped away and now it has completely split. I will NEVER recommend this place.
