Baytown Dental Center

This was my first visit to Baytown Dental Center and the fastest I’ve ever written a review! Dr. Amjad Heidami and all of the staff were so professional and friendly. On top of working on my new home and raising a puppy, I managed to crack a crown and needed help quickly. BDC staff were able to get me in and even accommodated me for the extra time needed to build up my tooth for the crown, all while knowing I also had a vet Appt for my puppy in the afternoon. This was the most comfortable dental experience, and although I don’t have insurance yet, the price was very fair for the work I had done. The hygienists were also very informative in providing me with other payment options. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a new provider. Thanks all!!!

Had appointment this past Friday to remove all my lower teeth and have six titanium posts inserted in my lower jaw that will support a full set of teeth after they heal. It went better than I expected. Amjad and his crew did a great job managing any pain. He also attached a temporary denture to the posts so I won’t have to mess with removing it daily. Once my gums heal my new teeth will arrive in a couple months. Best experience I have had at a dentist. Thanks Baytown and all involved

I recently moved to the PC area. After having had the same Dentist for 30 years, I was apprehensive about seeing a new Dentist. I felt totally at ease after meeting Dr. Heidami. I am confident that he will meet, and exceed the level of care I had received in the past.

Cindy was pleasant, polite, and extremely quick and thorough. I actually did not mind getting my teeth cleaned. She understands patients who have had previous bad dental experiences. Go see her.

There is nothing better than walking into a business where everyone is smiling and so polite. I have seen Dr. Heidami for years. He is an awesome dentist and always has the best attitude. Emmy cleaned my teeth for the first time on Friday. Thanks, Emmy, for an excellent job. If you want all around great dentist, staff, and experience this is your place.

My visit was a lengthy session, I was nervous about the root canal but, Dr. Amjad and his Assistant was very nice and helpful. The office was very clean and the front office team greeted you with a smile and your wait time was not long. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! I had a messed up dental procedure done at a local large named franchise in town. Baytown Dental explained more to me in an hour visit than the others did in 10 months. I will recommend Baytown Dental to all of my family and friends along with everyone of ours patients who need Dental care. I can't wait to have my smile back with this professional TEAM I know I'm in the right hands now!!!!! I can't say THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!!!

After having a poor experience else where, I am happy I found the Frankford ave Bay Town Dental Center. Upon arrival, I was acknowledged by my name and greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk staff. The young lady who took my x-ray (if only I could remember her name) was wonderful! It was quick & painless and she explained my plan in great details for me. I was seen by a great doctor, Dr. Rami Heidami. While most doctors i've encountered have shown great concern for my health, I can say Dr. Heidami is the only one who has shown compassion and given a heartwarming and benevolent smile throughout my entire visit. I'm uninsured and so he made sure to create a plan that was focused on getting my oral heath in shape and not just to make money from a client. I must say it is not the most affordable (to me) but i've received plans from other facilities that are well $5,000 over the plan i received here. I'm most grateful to the entire team I encountered for lifting my spirits and taking the time out to welcome me with open arms. Thank you!

I have dental anxiety that seems to go away in the hands of Dr. Rami Heidami and his staff. I am a frequent customer but today was a big day for me. Not only did Dr. Rami give soothing assurance but Elizabeth also patted my hand to let me know that everything was going well. The entire office is of high quality with a warm touch and friendly atmosphere. I completely trust them with all my dental needs.
