Great overall experience! From the time we walked in to the time we left, we were well taken care of. My two children were getting their teeth cleaned while I had mine cleaned. I was updated with anything that I needed to know about their teeth. I was given great information and everyone seemed to have time to answer my questions. The bedside manner of Dr. A is wonderful! He joked around with the kids and just had a great personality. He noticed some things that I do, that I wasn't aware of. Since leaving his office I've noticed that I do exactly what he said. My most recent dentist never mentioned it. All the hygienist were great, I didn't get the names of the two who worked on the kiddos but they did great, the kids didn't complain. Emmy did a great job getting me through all those x-rays and cleaning. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. Everything about this visit was great. I highly recommend Baytown Dental!

The only star I have to give is for Dr. H & my old hygienist that use to clean my teeth. I’ve been using this dentist for 5-10 years but in these later years the office staff has became awful. My set appointments were constantly being rescheduled a few days prior to the actual appointment time causing me to go longer than 6 months to get my teeth clean which ultimately cause issues that could’ve been avoided. The last few times I have been in the office, the staff could not locate my insurance & I would have to pay out of pocket . I was told that once my insurance was found that the payment would be reversed back onto my HSA card (this has never happened). Today I walked in for an appointment that was originally scheduled for the beginning of august . I was advised that the staff could not find my insurance . Due to my line of work , I was unable to reach out to my HR department for assistance at the moment . I was told that I could pay out of pocket & that once my insurance was found that it would be put back on my card. Of course with my previous experiences, I opted against it . I miss the old staff & the old hygienist I had. I’ve chosen to no longer continue my relationship with this dentist office due to the issues I’ve had over the years (not counting the experiences my brother & mother has had as well) I will miss Dr. H but the rest of the staff definitely needs guidance on how to run & operate an office . Also , the new hygienist that I seen on my last visit & who would have been cleaning my teeth today was very awful . I generally love my hygienist -especially if it is an older woman but this woman would not stop talking to me about how awful her ex husband was & all I wanted was to get my teeth cleaned in peace .

Office staff and dentist Heidami we kind and ourteous. Mom had the door held for her by the office manager as she walked in with her rollator. Class act!

Baytown Dental was able to squeeze me in the same day I called to make an appointment. Had a great talk with the Dr. We made a plan, they got me some antibiotics, and now I'm scheduled for this Friday for my procedure . If the rest of the process goes as smooth as the initial I think I've found my new dentist.
Edit*** went back Friday for the root canal and crown . it was seamless, no pain, no discomfort , Dr. Amjad is the Man . Thank you so much Doc!!

absolutely LOVE this office, the staff is very kind and welcoming. The dentist is amazing, understanding and very detailed when it comes to the plan. they make sure you know exactly what they’re gonna do and how they’re gonna do it. best dentist in my experience!
