What a great experience for my first time visit to Baytown Dental! Everyone was so nice and friendly! Being very picky since my father is a retired dentist - I am glad to have found a new dental home that will be as trusting in care as my father was. Thanks guys and Emmy for a wonderful experience!

Love this office. My husband and Daughter go here and I had my first visit for a consultation the other day. Excellent staff from the time you enter and until you leave. Friendly faces all around. Professional and keeps you well informed through the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Right after setting my first appointment I received a link to take care of all my paperwork before I arrived. Once I arrived I was given a warm greeting and didn't wait very long before I was seen by Dr. Rami. Very friendly, efficient, great communication before and after everything that was done. Explained everything very clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was made to feel that I have been a client for years. Thank you for treating me like family.

Dr. Rami Heidami and his staff are amazing! Very kind and caring. I have always been embarrassed to go to dentist but him and staff make you feel like so welcomed and take great care of you. I had a bizarre experience with this dental office. The dentist visit and initial appointment went well, no problems at all and there were no complications with my teeth. He was super polite and informed me that only x-rays and the consultation would be conducted so I needed to schedule a follow up for a cleaning. The follow up appointment with the hygienist was a complete 180. I showed up to my appointment early and the moment I walked back to start the initial meet and greet, along with the cleaning, she began to excessively and unprofessionally berate me about the hygiene of my teeth and gums. I was confused because I’ve never had any procedures or issues with my teeth other than plaque build up. I grew impatient with the one sided lecture and personal attacks after she told me that I was, “getting too old to ignore basic dental hygiene”. I informed her that she was being a little extreme considering I’ve never had any problems with my dental exams and I usually get compliments on my teeth because I haven’t had any procedures other than a standard cleaning. She scoffed at this comment and after that awkward moment, she pushed me into getting the deep cleaning rather than the standard cleaning because it had been longer than 6 months since I had been to a dentist. Midway through the cleaning she was more calm and the cleaning went well. Overall not a terrible experience but maybe she was having a bad day? I found a new provider and won’t be back.

Some of the friendliest people I have ever meet! I didn’t have to wait but 2 days for my initial appointment and I received an x-ray and an extraction in less than an hour and this wasn’t my dentist - but is now! FYI - loved my family dentist so they had to be good for me to switch.

After my visit with Emmy for a deep cleaning (part 1) made me think why I dreaded the procedure because I was at ease, had no discomfort and she was great! Actually looking forward to part 2. This office is awesome and recommend them to everyone.

Emmy Dobbins at Baytown Dental does a great job she listens to the patient as well as is very through with her assessment of your teeth she explains each step while cleaning your teeth as well as relays your needs to the attending dentist . Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I have a lot of dental issues that we are working through, so I am in there a lot but I am always treated with the upmost respect and I truly appreciate each and everyone of you. Annie and Dr. Heidami are absolutely amazing and they both made me feel very comfortable when I was going through my root canals and everything else I’ve had done so far. They explain everything while they are doing it. It puts your mind at ease. I also must add that the main reason I disliked going to the dentist in the past was because I always felt like I was choking and gagging but Annie is incredibly awesome at her job and I never feel that way anymore. I don't know how she does it, but definitely the best experience at a dental office. Definitely recommend. Thank you!!!
