FINALLY! I've finally found a dentist and office staff that not only met my expectations but blew them out of the water! I had been with my previous dentist for many years until 2020 and have been to 3 separate dentists since parting ways with my old one. This office staff truly enjoys their job! You feel it from the moment you walk in! Dr Heidami is by far the best dentist I've encountered! Nervous? They do whatever needed to calm your fears! Don't understand about the procedures you need? You will here! Quick and efficient! From the desk staff on down the line....every single employee was pleasant! I called around for over a week trying to get seen for a root canal and everyone else was booked out several several weeks. Baytown got me in almost immediately! Not to mention that I received my root canal AND crown in the same day! Everything was done in office at the same appointment! If you aren't sure where to go, give these guys a try!!!!

So this is an adjustment to my original review. I am in love with Baytown Dental. Amazing staff. I had a wisdom tooth extracted yesterday and I must say the experience was an entirely pleasant one. The dental assistant answered all my questions and was very informative. I'm so sorry I'm terrible with names but she was great (please have a safe delivery when it comes 🙏). Dr. Heidami, which from here on out will be called Dr. Houdini, was amazing. He was attentive and patient with me. Excellent bed side manor. I didn't even realize the tooth was out when he said "all done". It was that quick and effortless.
Clear and concise communication. Very pleasant staff. I've honestly neglected my teeth over the years and they didnt make me feel self conscious or judged. I've found my new dental home.
