My hygienist has been great. The doctor has also been great although I mostly see her upside down. I'm usually in the chair under 10 minutes of appointment. Sometimes 5. The front admin does a great job of explaining things with the monies. In my 50 years my teeth are doing great. With regular cleanings I just had the easiest one of my life. - chuck bowen

Ive been a to the dentist every 6 months guy for 40 years. Lived everywhere - Tulsa, Minneapolis, Dallas, Charlotte. Just had my first cleaning here - Kim Melnik was great. Met my new dentist Dr Pascoli who is amazing. Staff up front was very helpful and seriously friendly. And they have all the latest and greatest technology and equipment. Ya know that Toby Keith song I Love This Bar? I love this dentist!!!

I absolutely love Forest Park Dental. Dr. Thompson is my dentist and she is the best! I have never been fond of going to the dentist; in fact, I usually grip the arms of the chair the whole time I’m in it, even if I’m just there for a cleaning! However, I have learned to relax because the staff does everything they can to make me comfortable and pain free! Also, I never have to wait a long time in the waiting room so I get in and out rather quickly! I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I originally came to FPD with an emergency tooth situation. They took me in immediately and treated me like a patient they had been seeing for years. Everyone I have dealt with here has been fantastic! I now love my dentist and my hygienist (Ms. Emalynn).

The best experience I've ever had going to the dentist, scheduling a appointment was easy, and they were super friendly and nice. My hygienist did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and Dr. was very straight forward and reassuring. They did great getting my cost from my insurance company and letting me know upfront what everything would cost me. All the decisions were mine to make on how to further proceed. Over all the experience was very pleasurable. They are now my primary dentistry.

Last week was my first appointment with Forest Park Dental and it was truly a great experience (never thought I'd be saying that about a trip to the Dentist!) From the first contact with the receptionist, I found everyone was so friendly, upbeat and answered every question. The whole office is spotless and everyone is masked, caring for the patients' safety. My hygienist was Kathy and she and Dr Thompson were both so knowledgeable and gentle with the teeth and gums! Thanks to all of them!

I do understand things come up for professionals which make it where they cannot keep their commitments at times. But what I do not understand is why there is no one to be back-up for them. So if my appointment is canceled does that mean everyone else that day has their appointment canceled? Is there no concern for someone who has an abscess tooth or other serious tooth problem? I have been on an antibiotic for a week and now have been rescheduled to wait for another week and a half to get this tooth pulled! So basically the antibiotic is wasted? The worry and stress of knowing my tooth will be pulled is bad enough and this last minute canceling is not acceptable. Your office would want the courtesy of knowing I couldn’t make my appointment with at least a 24 hour window. Making appointments for me is very difficult because I take care of my mom who is on home hospice. For me to even get to leave my house is a BIG DEAL! Where is the concern for this? I am beyond frustrated. I simply do not understand, to me, this unprofessionalism.

Dr. Thompson & staff were so welcoming and accommodating, even though I was not an established patient. I was scheduled last minute for a dental issue and they worked me in. I will definitely establish care, and bring my husband and children there!
