My second visit was a disaster. I had to take my grandson, and we were not well received. It was very different from my first visit. There was a young staff. Not sure what happened to them, but they greeted me with a smile, played Christain music in the booth I was assigned, and the hygienist was lively and funny.
Second visit, no greeting, acted disgruntled that I had to ask directions, and all staff were grandmother's. I felt like I had arrived at the set of grumpy old men. In this case, women. The hygienist was not friendly, I felt like an inconvience, and none of them, including the dentist, did not at anytime acknowledge my grandson. The dentist checked my mouth, no teeth cleaning, no checkup, nothing but a 53.00 charge. I will not be going back to such a dismal place.

I needed a tooth extracted. Michelle gave me all the information I needed and was very calming. I barely felt the administration of the novocaine by Dr. Pascoli or the extraction. I had a little swelling and no pain during or after the procedure! I highly recommend Forest Park Dental.
