That was the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had. The doctor was classic with perfect chair side manner. The one who cleaned my teeth had a great personality. She was gentle and efficient. I've officially found my long time dentist😊

This office is very clean and state of the art equipment. Dr. Ott and staff were very knowledgeable and provided me with the best care and comfort I was used to before my move to Panama City. I had no pain and I was at ease during my teeth cleaning. The dental tech explained every step of the procedure. Dr. Ott showed me what the next procedure was in detail and provided me with a cost level and timetable I was very comfortable with.

I am 1000 miles from home on a mission trip and had a tooth chip. Dr. Ott made time to get me into his office within 3 days. He repaired the tooth with bonding and I was out the door and back to work within 2 hours. The staff was amazing; so friendly and helpful. Dr. Ott was delightful and offers so many professional services. I cannot thank them all enough and would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a good dentist.

Have had many years of great care, run by an awesome staff of friendly, professional people who love what they do. This is a very family oriented practice and deserves a 5 star rating! I have never met anyone who uses their services that even had a minor complaint. We are so lucky to have them in our city!

Best dental office top to bottom in the Panama City/Panama City Beach area! Dr Ott is a true professional with the utmost expertise! I would never go anywhere else in this area. Can't say enough about how satisfied we have been with the office from the front of the office to the back.

I love the entire office. From the moment you walk in you'er met with Sandra's bright smile and recognition. Jennifer, my Dental Hygienist, is wonderful. She has an awesome personality and is an exceptional Hygienist. She has helped me improve the health of my mouth, and that has improved my overall health. And that's a very big gift. Dr. Ott is such a happy guy and always takes the time to go the extra mile. What an awesome group. I'm so happy to have found them.

On our first visit my wife and I found the office clean, comfortable, nicely appointed and very well run by most capable and helpful staff. The work of the dentist and hygienists was friendly, thorough, and comfortable. We were pleased.
After more visits our feelings are the same. Dr. Ott has gone above and beyond to make sure we don't have food traps or other problems. He and his staff show real concern about costs and have helped design treatment plans to fit our budget.

Office is very organized and efficient. Wait time is minimal. Sandra is very helpful at the front desk. Dr. Ott and Jennifer, the dental hygienist, are both very knowledgeable and provide excellent dental care.

I am so thankful I found this Dentist office. I have been with them for several years after having a couple bad experiences at other Dentist offices in town. All of the staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are always friendly and caring. The building is extra clean and nice. My "dentist anxiety" is gone. I appreciate Dr. Ott and his staff. If you are looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend this office.
