I couldn't possibly be more thankful for Dr. Ott and his amazing staff. From the moment you walk in Sandra will greet you with a smile and quickly make you feel like part of the family. Dr. Ott sees patients of all ages and his staff is absolutely wonderful with my children. The office is always clean and they clearly make every effort to assist people in a friendly and efficient manner. Appointment times are flexible and reasonable, and when I had a tooth causing severe pain they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Dr. Ott takes care to ensure that whatever procedure you may need is as painless as possible, and the cosmetic work done on one of my son's front teeth was simply amazing. Also, as a busy mom I appreciate the handy text message and email appointment reminders and confirmations. I highly recommend calling Dr. Ott's office for any of your dental needs.

I highly recommend Dr. Ott and his staff if you are looking for high quality dental care, compassionate people and an ethical practice. Dr. Ott and his staff have been providing dental care for me since 2002. I began going to Dr. Ott when I was working at Bay Medical Center as he was recommended and it was convenient for me. I switched dentist last year when my old dentist retired which was a very hard decision for me to make. I have a friend Jennifer that works at Dr. Otts office and she’s a hygenist. I took a leap of faith and decided to give her and the office a shot as i am super picky about dentists. Let me just say that the entire staff is so super friendly, even sent me a little card with handwritten notes in it after i referred the rest of my family to them. Jennifer is such a fantastic hygenist , extremely thorough and is always concerned with any problems I’m having. She can even give shots to numb you up for drilling or any other procedure that’s needed because my hygenist is just that cool! Okay so let me speak on dr ott , he is super smart , very informative and fantastic at what he does. He is not one of those young dentist that all of a sudden want you to buy tons of expensive things that you’ve never needed before. Which is awesome because I’m all about saving money! The dentist that took over for my old dentist missed 2 areas on my teeth that dr ott picked up on right away and fixed them. 2 of my composites were failing and he had to give me shots , let me just say i was so nervous for this because my old dentist was great at it i only ever felt slight pressure. When dr ott did it i kept waiting for the stick that never came ! I was like ..ummm did you stick me and he said “that was it “ i didn’t feel a THING !! i was blown away . He did even better than my old dentist whom i loved. So if you’re thinking of coming to this office or making that scary transition you won’t regret giving this office and it’s great staff a shot :)
