I called this morning when the office opened because my husband was in a lot of pain. I will add that we are not new patients. I was told by the receptionist that she would try to squeeze him in but she would need to speak with the dentist to see if that was a possibility. I waited and waited for a return call that never came so around 3:30 I called back to see if she could squeeze him in and she told me that she hasn’t been able to speak to the dentist yet. Here we are now at 5:30 and the office is closed. No call back at all not even to schedule an appointment in the next available time slot. Terrible customer service! Take your business elsewhere! We certainly will!

The Pensacola office exceeded my expectations. From Rachel at check in/check out, dental assistant Jennifer to the Dr. Jennifer Georgiades DMD. Their customer service was excellent. I hadn't been to a dentist in 7 years so I was very nervous. They made me feel comfortable. I never felt pressured to do anything. The Doctor provided me with options and referrals. I was also given the option to screen for oral cancer which is very important and have a history of cancer in my family. I would definitely recommend them to others.
