Dental work is excellent. Hygienist was running 30 minutes behind schedule and no one called to let me know even though it was apparent when the appointment ahead of me was 30 minutes late. Lack of a phone call to say running late is reason they do not get a five star from me today.

I’ve been very unhappy overall with my experience at emerald coast dentistry. I have very sensitive teeth and my hygienist has been pretty rude to me about it. She kept insisting on using this electric ice pick to clean my teeth but it would put me in tears. When I asked her to just clean my teeth the old fashioned way, she got an attitude with me. I’ve given this facility 4 times to get it right and sadly enough, I won’t be going back. The last time I went to get my teeth cleaned, the dentist never even stepped foot in my room. They’re always running behind and I’d be willing to let those things go if my hygienist had treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable.
