Dr. Guelpa has been my Dentist for over 22 years. He is amazing. I’m never nervous about, “going to the dentist,” under his care, and he explains what to expect so well that I never get that normal “expected” anxiety before treatment. His staff is also wonderful and well-educated, which is so important. When I’m in pain, they always work me in, and help me get relief. You will not be disappointed if you select Dr. Guelpa as your Dentist.

So thankful for Doctor Randy and the staff at Guelpa Dental Arts. The level of care and excellence is beyond compare. They made my sons first dental experience a joy! Appointment card said 11am but appointment wasn't till 12 (1.5hr) wait could not see Dr for 1 minute question had to make appt next week?????

This place is nothing but a place to take your money. They have to refer you to do just about anything. I was quoted 600 dollars for a crown and I have insurance. I read that a woman paid 750 for a root canal with no insurance, what gives. Instead of having the crown done I want them to just pull the tooth. I was informed they would have to refer me, they dont pull teeth because something may be wrong with the tooth and require surgery. First off, what dentist pulls healthy teeth? Second if your in business as a dentist then you should at least be able to pull teeth. So get this, they wanted me to wait and keep my appointment so the "dentist" could tell me that, I'm guessing so they could charge for the appointment. I cannot speak to the quality of his work as I never had anything done. I can speak to the ethics of his practice and there should be laws to protect the people from unethical money hungry people like this.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They misled / miscommunicated submitting information to my insurance to determine if the procedures I needed would be covered. (In fact, they took exactly one month supposedly checking to see if my insurance would cover the work they recommended I needed!!!...SERIOUSLY??!!!) So, I paid $436 with the understanding that information (i.e., measurements to qualify for a "deep cleaning") would be submitted to my insurance, however, AFTER the fact, they told me they wouldn't. My issue was presented to the office manager by one of the technicians who then communicated to me that because I had signed papers authorizing the work...they wouldn't do anything about it. They didn't apologize or accept ANY responsibility for the "mutual" misunderstanding and treated me in a very condescending & dismissive manner. In fact, the office manager didn't even show me enough respect to come out and discuss it with me in person. I will NEVER go back to this totally unprofessionally managed dental office!!!!! But I will, in fact, post my dissatisfaction with my treatment there on as many "patient review" websites and social media platforms as I possibly can!!

Upon entering with a mask, you are met with COVID-19 temperature check, questions, and provided with rubber gloves. Two crowns this morning along with many other procedures with Dr. Guelpa and his staff. Smiles and courtesy from all employees, Jennifer is great., there is efficiency with billing and Dr. Guelpa is an expert in his work. I trust his recommendations and he is a pleasure to work with. As I said this morning, it feels awkward to say but I look forward to going to my dentist!

I love Dr. Guelpa and his whole staff/office. I've been going there for years. work that I had done years ago is still in great shape! He is very funny! I swear he could be a stand up comedian if he wanted to be ;D The girls that work there are all really sweet and comforting! His work is top notch and prices are very good. 5 stars!!
