It was my initial appointment, and I was pleased with everyone I met there (highly unusual for me; I can be picky) and I was happy with how very thorough they were. The hygienist was great (helpful and knowledgeable), and they accept both my insurance, and my Careington 500. My first visit cost nothing but 27.00 for the fluoride I requested. The dentist did not try to get me to spend unnecessary money, like a previous one did (so obvious he needed to make his yacht payment, so I needed an implant. No thanks.) I also had several emails and calls with this office prior to my appointment, and each one was professional and helpful. They also have mouthwash in the bathroom. (Little things can be helpful.) I definitely recommend this office.

Great experience! I was sad to see my old dental hygienist had retired, but my new hygienist was very nice and helpful; she also didn’t demolish my gums when flossing. Dr. Terry is extremely professional and cares about his patients. I would highly recommend Northeast Dentistry if you’re looking for a new dentist!

Have been a 20 plus year patient along with my husband and 5 kids (now grown)! Have referred many happy clients to Dr Richmond and his staff! Very personable, professional and knowledgeable group of Dentist Professionals. Only complaint is Kay, Pam and Alicia have retired with Delores soon to follow ! I am sure I will adjust to the new hygienists but will miss seeing that group of smiling faces!!
