The staff, from reception to dental technician, and Dr. Richmond were very courteous and made every effort to get me into the office for my dental emergency. After an evaluation they came into the office early the following day to make a permanent repair. I'm so grateful to all for their efforts and still, after 20 years, I feel as if the, 'we're in this together', spirit to maintain my smile hasn't waned. Many thanks to all!

Always punctual and professional. Staff is kind and patient. Coffee and bottled water is provided in waiting room (for those not requiring dental work, who drinks coffee right before or after dental work?), greatly appreciated by spouse but decaf is not available. Over all great staff, friendly and helpful.
