I needed a new upper denture. And choosing this dentist office cause of their name and reviews my uneasyness melted away eveytime I walked thru their doors. I was unsure of pricing being affordable, and this too was delt with in a very professional manner. As my treatment came to an end, I had a confident smile again. Thanx

I do not usually leave internet feedback but I feel obligated to do so!!!!
My 6 year old daughter needed a tooth extraction and based on the google reviews, picked this place so she would have a good experience and will not have nightmares about going to a dentist!!!! Unfortunately I was fooled by the highly rated reviews…
To start with, the staff was very helpful with scheduling the appointment right away for her( within the day) and very welcoming… but as far as the procedure goes, it was horrible experience!!!
My daughter was locally numbed with some lidocaine, I don’t know much, but obviously not enough… she felt the whole thing and the doctor just proceeded with the extraction through the crying and the screaming….my heart still hurts just thinking about it! How can you put a child through that???? What happened to the pt’s pain management???
…. so if you have kids, please take them somewhere else! Do not let them endure the pain my daughter did ..!!!
Now she will fear the dentist for the rest of her life…

Not once was I recommended to take my child to a pediatrics dentistry so I don’t know where that multiple times comes from…I spoke to the office in the morning and showed up in the afternoon! …if everything is recorded for training purposes,someone should go back and listen to the phone conversation!
I asked if I could schedule an appointment for my second child ( and this before the procedure happened) was told to see if my daughter does well, you guys might fit him in too ( and that’s when I was told that you guys accept kids from 9 yo and older)
I understand you guys don’t want to make the providers look back but try not to put the blame on the others by making things up!

Confident Smile Dental is great! I recommend giving them a try. Ive been coming for a couple years now & they never disappoint. Numbing today didn't feel a thing! My dental assistant Angie was the absolute best, caring and very gentle! Definitely the place to go.

It was excellent. My only complaint are the receptionist. They are not welcoming at all. When try to check in both of them avoid direct eye contact. One of them was eating chips.

The staff is exceptional because they were thorough and patient with my needs. I have gum recession and sensitive teeth, so Thu made certain I didn't feel anything when she cleaned them. Kim was detailed when she explained my treatment plan to me. Dr. Chi gave me more information about my teeth than any other dentist that I have been to previously. I had additional questions when I was checking out, and Nhi ensured all of my questions were answered before I left the office. Confident Smile Dentistry will be my new dentist from now on.

Got a tooth extraction today. It was an emergency as I am on vacation and this happened. The doctor and nurse were wonderful, helpful, etc. The procedure went just great as I felt nothing through the whole process. I'll say it again for clarity; I felt nothing, and this is the dentist, my nemesis. These people get my highest recommendation. Clearly, I can't say enough about them.
