i love their family friendly atmosphere. for all the years i’ve been going to this place they have never let me down. they show great care for my teeth and they even explain in detail on how to take care of my teeth and how to fix what i’m doing wrong. they always satisfy me with their work and never lets me down.

I’d give 10 stars if I could! I started with a toothache out of the blue but my regular dentist was still closed due to COVID-19. After a few minutes of panic, I started looking up other dentists that accept my insurance. I read their reviews and called Confident Smile, hoping for a dental miracle. From the moment they answered the phone I knew I was in good hands. They squeezed me in, identified the issue, and got the process started right away. I am forever grateful for the care and concern they showed me without knowing a thing about me. I’ve already referred a friend and I will continue to do so. I cannot recommend Dr. Nguyen and her staff enough!

And once I enjoyed the services of BU Dental and Tufts Dental School.
It starts with all ways feeling comfortable in the chair. But the reason why we go to a dentist is we want the professional skill that makes our teeth work and look amazing. The work done with the Artistic skill. This is perfect dentistry done with medical precision.
The Dr Chi Nguyen lets you know how much it will cost which in comparison to others in the area is a great value and the work is perfect. I was referred by my eye Doctor wow do I feel lucky to find such a great Dentist.
The other most important aspect of any medical service is confident in office professionalisam. The place is immaculate. Everyone works in harmony. To sum it up I would not trust my teeth to anyone other Dr Chi Nguyen. ...I plan on this being my only dentist office I will visit for the next 40 years.

Came to the office for a cleaning and get started as a new patient. They could not tell me the cost of a cleaning until I was examined. Their dental hygienist said I was good for a regular cleaning. Then the dentist came in and said I needed deep cleaning and got upset with me when I told her what her hygienist had told me. Not a good experience.

Got my braces from here, the super fast braces model! In under less than a year, I have had these on for almost nothing and about to take them off now this year! Almost a fun simple yet also complicated process that ended up resulting in something awesome for my mouth! 😊😎😁

Do not go here, total scam. I went to the office for their “special” new patient exam and cleaning for $69. After an XRay and a few minutes with the dentist (she was nice and personable) the financial assistant came in with a projected bill over $3000! Not an exaggeration. They wanted to replace my perfectly good silver fillings with a new white amalgam for aesthetic reasons. They wanted to put a special coating on my teeth and tried selling me a new $100 toothbrush. They refused to honor the $69 cleaning because I “needed” a special cleaning that involved scraping the base of the teeth (new cost $200). They were specific to say that I did not need a ‘deep cleaning’ but I didn’t qualify for the regular cleaning. I have my teeth cleaned regularly, with the last cleaning 8 months ago, and have never been told that I need a deep clean or anything other than a regular cleaning. I walked out before anything else was done, recommend you do not waste your time here.
And they offer free teeth whitening for a google/Facebook review so I would ignore most of the reviews on here. I will go back to my regular dentist and if they suggest that I need more than the regular cleaning I will happily remove this post.
Wow when your scam doesn’t work you still try charge patients? That just goes to show what kind of practice this is and where your priorities are ($$). If you are accusing me of stealing then we should get the police involved. And while we’re at it I’ll be contacting the Florida Department of health, the Dental Board, and the Better Business Bureau. I have nothing further to “discuss” with your practice, this is just an honest review. I have not misrepresented the facts in any way. People have a right to know what they are getting into before deciding where to go for their dental care (unlike the fake “reviews” posted for compensation). Again I will gladly remove this post if I am told by any other dentist that I require more than just a regular cleaning.
