It took me a while to finde the perfect dentist. My first experience with Confident Smile Dentistry was in November before Thanksgiving 2019. Everyone in the office was and still continue to be very welcoming and flexible. They understand and go over with you the concerns you may have and help you take care of your teeth. They have done an amazing job taking care of mine. I started Fast Braces and I am seeing results already. Thank you you all for working with me and helping me maintain a healthy smile. You guys are AWESOME !!

Dr. Chi and her entire office staff are incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a very traumatic experience with a dental procedure as a child, and my fear has been very difficult to overcome. They have put me at ease by listening to my needs and doing everything they can to make me as comfortable as possible. I am so grateful, and I highly recommend Confident Smile!

OK so I’m embarrassed to say that it had taken me about 20 years to make it back to the Dentist. You could say I am just one of those people who fear that experience in the most serious way. To say deathly afraid is not an exaggerated description of my feelings…. Until today….
Dr Chi Nyugen and her staff are absolutely amazing. I showed up 3 hours early the day of my appointment to let them know I was grateful they squeezed me in on short notice, but I needed to cancel . My toothache had become so bad I went to the ER the night before and it had since subsided. Her assistant Mỹ, asked if I had just a couple minutes bc she wanted to be sure It wasn’t something serious. Thanks but no thanks, I got important things to do, right? No time to let a tooth stop me! Well, she tricked me, so reluctantly I agree to stay, “ ten mins that’s all I have then I need to get to an important meeting” (actually her concern for my comfort was clearly genuine so I conceded to let her take a couple of X-rays. It was painless and over in 5 mins. I had one foot out the door when I started to feel dizzy again. I sat down while they looked for signs of infection. My headache returned with vengeance and I was so glad I was in the right place bc I have never experienced pain like that in my life. The attention I received from each member of her staff was first class, and I enjoyed watching Dr. Nguyen as she instructed and coached her team through the whole process.
Then came the other part I really didn’t want to hear, the price. I have no insurance and about $200 to my name. I was embarrassed but preparing for the part where they say “sorry we can’t help u” with all the work I needed. The bill was very reasonable for two crowns, a root canal, a few cavities, deep cleaning, X-rays…. etc and more etc…..
It is clear to me that the staff at confident smile dentistry has been selected with careful attention and consideration. A couple staff members called me over the next few days to check on how I was feeling and be sure I was comfortable. Dr. Nguyen’s compassionate nature is the backbone for a unique health care staff that has truly restored my faith in a field where I felt most practices are more concerned about the dollar then they are the person. I definitely recommend confident smile dentistry without reservation and I hope that this review helps you to get to the dentist soon instead of coming up with justifications to avoid taking care of your health. Dr. Chi Nguyen goes out of her way to take care of her patients. She is very gentle. Along with being a good doctor, she’s got a great personality that brings warmth and joys to your heart. At first I was angry when I left because of how much money I was going to spend taking care of my teeth, as they had been neglected. Then, I thought about how bad things would get if the staff refused to take their time & explain everything front to back! I love their patience, the kindness & family atmosphere at this Dentistry office. I never got the nervous, jittery feel we all get when going in for someone to look at your mouth!

I paid $11170.00 for crown work. Let's start by saying I received crowns that had to be filed down because they looked chipped and uneven and the dentist glued them in permanently before my viewing of them. Now I have to go through getting all 10 of them redone bc they didn't want to send them back to the lab. Stay away if you need crowns. I have receipts pics and will start a lawyer on this and bbb. Thanks for the non confident smile
