The waiting area was perfect and the staff looked extremely professional and clean. Dr.Nguyen left me with an AWESOME smile with the perfect teeth whitening technique. I understand that I was offered a $99 basic cleaning as a new client. When I arrived in office they said I required a scaling and root planing. They quoted $200 per quadrant, easily totalling with the full cleaning cost in the $900 range. This may be fair pricing for this service but I just wish they had spent more time educating me about this before using the good old $99 sign up for new patients with basic cleaning as a bait tactic. I expressed to the office manager that I wanted the basic cleaning. She refused even though they had advtertised I’m a bit disappointed because I had no gum disease and I should be able to request a basic cleaning.
I appreciate education but when staff is taking so long and spending over an hour talking about what They’re going to do this office is not ideal for someone who wants to get in and out of the office as fast as possible.
I did appreciate the technical knowledge and the expertise of the dentist I spoke with, she is really amazing! Otherwise very friendly staff
