The best dentist I have ever been to! Dr. Browne must’ve had some really good training, he really knows his stuff and delivers it with kindness and compassion

They won't stop calling me so I have no choice but to tell the truth about this place. They seem friendly but really they want to waste your valuable time. During my first visit, I was told that I had a spot on my tongue that they wanted to biopsy on my next visit. I honestly got the feeling that Dr. Thayill was just trying to rack up a big bill for my insurance company. I have always had great checkups my whole life and I've never had this soft tissue that needed to be biopsied. The cleaning was just ok, I've had better. It has been over a year since I was there and I have told them numerous times that I will not be back, but they keep calling and texting me with stupid promotions. This has become harassment, and they better knock it off soon.

Returned to Dr Thaylil’s chair to be examined due to an emergency. When I called the staff got me in immediately and were very concerned for my well being. Such a warm calm place to be when one doesn’t feel well. Dr Thaylil chair side manners are so professional and compassionate and his charisma and kindness leaves one feeling like you have a family member .... a brother ... who genuinely cares. Dr Thaylil ascertains that his staff is well trained and professional and his warmth and leadership is felt throughout his office personnel. I can’t recommend him enough.

I came to this office from a referral by a friend and fellow parishioner. As soon as I walked in Dr Thaylil happened to be at the front desk so he smiled, stretched out his hand, greeted AND welcomed me and introduced his front desk staff - Vanessa & another nice young lady (her name escaped me, sorry) who also shook my hand. I was attended quickly by Dr Rachel Hargraves who understood the complexity of my problem and was extremely thorough in examining me and assuring me all along the process that she understood HOW delicate my health complications were and was extremely gentle with my care as well as Natalie who took x-ray's of my teeth.

While I was there, I needed to complete and fax documents to another office and Dr Thaylil gladly offered me a private office to use and his staffs services to fax the documents for me.

Throughout my visit the team frequently offered me water, assistance and always assured me not to rush in anything.

I was immensely impressed, pleased and touched by their care and attention to me and also by the calmness of the whole office vibe. Unlike other offices where one feels pressured to vacate the exam chair quickly, this office team exuded calmness and politeness. I felt no pressure nor stress AND Dr Thaylil came to speak to me at least four times while his associate was the one who examined me. Dr Thaylil and I even discovered we had someone in common, all this to reiterate the time he took with me to stike up conversations.

Of course this leads me to say I will gladly recommend this office to everyone I know and won't hesitate to come back for my next appointment next week and beyond.

The doctor is personable and he really takes his time to talk to patient like you're a family.

Making an appointment with this office was easy and stress-free. I have been twice so far, and each time the staff have treated me with the utmost respect, making me feel like they understand the value of MY time. They are HONEST, too! I had a great dentist growing up, but he retired, and for the last 10 years I have been to several dental health groups who have told me I needed work done in certain areas of my teeth, and when I'd switch to another, they'd say I needed work somewhere else. I felt lied to and cheated for so long. Since switching to Dr. Thayil, I have been made to feel like I matter as a patient, and no one is trying to make an extra buck at my expense. This dr really cares about his patients. This last appointment I was seen by Dr. Hargraves, who went through my x-rays with me, explaining to me what she saw (good, healthy teeth!!). She felt my neck for any lumps. The hygenist, Kristi, cleaned my teeth well. I'd say she's the best hygenist I've had in 10 years. The office is clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist is kind. Worth the drive from Miami!

Always a delight. Everyone is always friendly and polite. My hygienist has always done a great job for over 5 years now. What a gem.

Dr. Thayil and his team are simply amazing. They truly provide quality patient-centered dental care. His team has great chemistry and they are very efficient with meeting the needs of every patient. I definitely recommend you to stop by Dr.Thayil's dental practice if you need any dental work done in Pompano!

Nice office, great staff - everyone is very friendly. Appointments are thorough and never rushed. The most I've ever enjoyed going to a dentist.

The people were wonderful there, and were extremely helpful to me. Not to mention I've experienced no pain while going through the session in having my teeth cleaned. Highly recommended
