As my plane was about to land, i felt my crown dislodge from my tooth. No pain, but concern. My wife called our insurance carrier and they recommended Dr Browne as the best in South Florida. I was dubious but went anyway. HOW WRONG I WAS! The whole experience was simply GREAT!! They were gracious, kind and gentle. Thanks Doc and Tabitha for squeezing me in. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It was an emergency, and they got me in immediately. The entire staff was very friendly and courteous. Dr Browne was so kind and helpful with my problem. I highly would recommend him.

Great staff, happy staff.....Dr Browne is amazing and Tina is well versed at the tools of the trade. I have recommended people to them and will continue to do so. I don’t know names, but Dr Browne’s assistant for my dental work is a sweetheart! Highly recommend!

I picked up on a major cross-contamination issue in Dr. Browne's office, that occured during my appointment. Removing gloves from one patient, and simply grabbing new gloves for the next patient is unacceptable. I called to discuss this issue with Dr. Browne, so it could be resolved and not happen again. (I was brought to tears during the appointment, and was not able to discuss it at the time. It was done, and I needed the crown put in.) *When I called to talk to Dr. Browne, Tina insisted on discussing it with me, b/c the Dr. was unavailable. I believe they are very aware of these cross-contamination issues. I was told, that grabbing fresh gloves for the new patient, is acceptable. I was treated terribly. I picked up on the neglect and lack of attention to protecting the patient. I was blamed, they justified, and Tina was extremely rude to me. His work is great, if you don't mind receiving germs orally from his previous patients. Dr. Browne never contacted me and he is aware of his tendency to skip these important steps of hand washing. I decided to scheduled an appointment with Dr. Browne for the first time, as a result of my initial conversation with Tina's (office manager) exceptional customer service. She was attentive, provided me with easy directions to the office, scheduled an appointment right away and was detailed in regards to insurance etc. Dr. Browne was also highly professional and knowledgeable, he carefully and clearly reviewed the x-rays with me explaining next steps and options. I'm looking forward to long lasting patient doctor relationship.

Well taken care of. I get cleanings hair done roughly twice a year and I am very well pleased with my cleanings. I just had a dental crown procedure done and I’m very pleased with the aesthetics and the feel of this tooth. Thank you very much Dr. Brown and Christie. The office staff at the front desk is also very nice and accommodating.

My wife and I had our first experience with Dr. Browne and his staff. Everyone their was professional and very attentive to your needs. What I love the most is that they honor appointments. When my wife and I walked I. We were greeted with a smile. For me that means a lot. They are by far the best in Pompano Beach, Florida. By far the best Dentist I’ve ever had ! He was so professional & the staff treated me like family. I was so nervous about getting my tooth pulled. He made me so comfortable in relax to the point I wasn’t worry about anything . And on top of that he took out another tooth on the house . I swear if you don’t have a dentist then this is your guy .
