This is the best dental place I ever been too Dr. Andrew is the coolest guy in the world if you need anything done this is the right place to go too Jessie and the other staffs that was there they are friendly and good to communicate with I recommend you if you live hours away from this dental place please come they will not disappoint you.

Dr. Thayil had an excellent office staff. Fiendly, knowledgeable, efficient and very sensitive to the needs and finances of the patient. I highly recommend any of the professionals at Dr. Thayil ' s office (Kristi the hygenist, Dr. Rachel Hardgraves and Dr Thayil himself are especially AWESOME).

Like a lot of people I know, I have a fear of dentists. Without being too long winded, I don't have that issue at Dr Thayil's office. I drive all the way from Brickell because thats how impossible it's been to find a dentist that can quell my fear. The staff is very polite and course the work I've done has been pain free and overall excellent. I highly recommend them!

This man will not stop contacting me. I went to him LAST YEAR for a cleaning, At that appt. he insisted I had several teeth that needed emergency repair. He said "you can pay now for the services and we'll schedule the treatment after" I said no thank you and decided to go to a different dentist since I didn't like him asking me to pay for treatment I hadn't agreed to yet! Since then he has called me 5 times and sent numerous letters to my house. I've blocked 4 different numbers and STILL i get calls saying "This is so-and-so from Dr. Thayil's office, he is concerned bc you need a lot of work done to your teeth" I always say, i'm not longer a patient, please stop calling me, remove me from list of patients" DO NOT GO unless you want to be asked to pre-pay for various treatments and called a million times. I'm lazy and hate writing reviews but finally, I've had enough. STOP DR THAYIL!
