Hello - I just had another wonderful experience here - yet another over the past 7 years!! From Claudia at reception to Karen and Monica for hygiene to Dr. Winter himself, I feel there is a holistic approach taken in my dental care with the team also bending over backward to accommodate my schedule. The consultative approach gets all my curiosities satisfied and the office has an upbeat, friendly feel the moment I walk in the door (ok, ok - as upbeat as you'd want or expect a Dental office to feel :) !!). Anyway, I was just looking up the phone number for referring a friend to start their dental care here, and came across this opportunity to share my experience - so here it is... 7 years strong to date for me, and now my young kids have also started their road to continued healthy, shiny teeth (keep those kid goody bags with tooth brush and floss coming!! my kids love them - so thank-you). 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! Some of the best customer service I've had in a very long time! I must have called into 20 dentist offices in the Jacksonville area on Friday afternoon and not one office could see me for an emergency visit. PVCD took me in 30 minutes before they closed! They go above and beyond for their clients and I think its safe to say I'll be returning here for all my dentistry work.
