Harbour Dental Care - Jacksonville

I didn't have a Dentist in Jacksonville. I chose this office randomly due to urgent Tooth care needs.
I couldn't be Happier!
Dr. Choe and everyone else on the staff is amazing.
They clearly enjoy helping people.
I felt very comfortable.
The service was done with care and precision. The goal was perfection and they nailed it...10
Usually I push my Dental care to the side longer than I should, but I am actually looking forward to my next visit.
If you are looking for a new Dentist, then I definitely recommend Harbour Dental, they will take good care of you.

As always, my experience at Harbour Dental was excellent. The staff in the front office are always warm and courteous and informed my technician of my arrival within seconds.
My appointment went very well. Technician made recommendations for improving my dental health as she was examining and cleaning my teeth. Also, was able to hold and engaging conversation and being professional the whole time.

I needed to find a new dentist office after moving to Jacksonville and I'm so happy I landed here! Dr. A and Caroline took such amazing care of me, I couldn't have asked for more. My daughter had an abscess and needed her tooth extracted I called around all morning trying to get her an appointment at a pediatric dentist and the majority of them are not accepting new patients I was able to get into Harbour Dental as a new patient and same day appointment. Dr. Moore and his team took great care of my baby girl in having her first tooth extracted. The harbour team did a fantastic job at being patient with her and comforting at the same time. After her extraction Dr. Moore brought in a yummy treat for her And I thought that was super sweet;) but what really stuck out about Harbour Dental to me was later in the evening after we were all done Dr.Moore reached out to check on my daughter to see how she was doing. To me to go out of your way after work hours to check on your patient goes above and beyond! You can tell it’s not just a job for them they are really genuine about their patients! 10/10 recommend even if they are out of network with your insurance no amount of money can replace great customer Service and A peace of mind! I’m so glad we went to Harbour Dental!

I had a dental emergency where a front tooth veneer popped off. They got me in right away. The staff was kind and professional and welcoming. Dr. Moore was amazing at explaining my options and my plan of care. Highly recommend!

I have really bad dental anxiety. To the point where I've put off going to the dentist for years. Caroline and Dr Choe and the rest of the staff here were so welcoming, kind, patient and just incredibly amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and comfortable.
They are thorough, honest and open about everything. I will definitely come back and see them. I really love this dental family!

I’m very disappointed. I thought I finally found a great dentist were I could stay. This was unfortunately not the one. I had to cancel my dentist cleaning today due to a family matters and I don’t know who was working front desk but whoever answered the phone was very very rude to me. I asked her if there was another appointment time to get a cleaning and she said in a very rude tone “well the next time I can get you scheduled is August.” Then very rudely, she stated “well next time you need to give us 2 business days in advanced to cancel,mkay”. I don’t know who the manager is but they need to check whoever is working front desk because whoever was on the phone with me was very rude. I don’t think I’m going to stay at a dentist like this if I’m going to get rude customer service. Super disappointed in what happened today.

Dr. Moore was especially patient & kind with me during a very uncomfortable procedure. Him along with his two assistants did their best to keep me comfortable even though I was very upset. I will most definitely continue my dental care with them & would highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely amazing. No joke the people who work here are all lovely and extremely welcoming. A very comfortable environment and there was no shame around any of the dental issues I had. Having my child with me was no problem and they were just as friendly to her as they were to me. Hopefully I can start bringing her in too. Can’t wait for the next appointment.
