staff was very nice, on time, and did a great job on cleaning and fixing a chipped tooth--- can't even tell it ever happened. Very happy, and would highly recommend them.

Took our girls there for their first dentist visit. The staff and doctor are fantastic. My oldest actually left saying she wanted to go back to the dentist again because she loved it! Definitely recommend anyone looking for a family dentist.

Be very careful regarding any and all charges advised. I was quoted on two separate occasions for dental fillings. I payed cash for both procedures and months later received a bill for the “portion” insurance decided not to cover. Neither procedure was I advised that the cost for the work was “an estimate.”

This morning I addressed this with the receptionist. I believe it is poor practice to bill someone at a later date for work paid in full at the date of service. She advised “is it really worth all of this over just 21.80?” I replied “is it really worth losing two costumers (my wife and I) for life over something you were not up front about from the beginning?” She shrugged her shoulders.

Very poor and nearly rude customer service.

I have always had a great experience with the dentist at this location, however. He is friendly and takes time to explain everything he is doing.

A personal call from the dentist would go a long way so that I could get discuss how we were treated…..

The hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and performed one of the best cleaning I've ever received. It was also painless. The doctor was thorough, welcoming and friendly. The front desk receptionist was friendly polite and enjoyed her job. I'f I could give this office a better review than 5 stars I would. It was a good experience.

I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. As to they are very unprofessional! I saw there true color today! My kids and I have been going to this doctor for three years. The lady at the front desk was very rude and the dentist is a joke. He was upset because I only wanted to do 2 fillings not the others. He said it's neglect not to get the other fillings. I was like wow, my son has been coming here getting his teeth cleanings on a regular and this dentist never stated it was neglect.

I had an appointment for the first time yesterday and was sooo impressed! Dr Caye and his staff were so friendly and helpful! The hygienist Kristie did a great job! The whole office is run well from start to finish!

All of the staff are kind and professional. The Hygienist and Dentist are very thorough and gentle during cleanings and exams and great will kids as well! The ladies at the front desk are super friendly and helpful with all the billing questions and scheduling.

I had my first appointment at Premiere Dental, this morning. I have dental anxiety and Dr. Caye and his staff were incredibly friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Caye took the time to explain everything that he was going to do, before doing it, and checked in, frequently, during the procedure to make sure I was doing ok. As soon as I got home, I told my husband that I found our new dentist.

Premier Dental takes care of my whole family. They have provided my daughter care since she was a toddler. My hygienist and dentist are really good. My cleanings are well done, very efficient, and I am never left waiting. Dr. Caye has given me a couple fillings and one crown. He even helped me fix a broken crown done by a different dentist. I highly recommend Premier Dental. They are fantastic with my daughter and my wife and I are very pleased with our level of care.

Dr. Caye and Kristy are simply fantastic. My wife and I bring our three year old daughter with us to expose her and they are SOOO patient and accommodating!
