I have bad experience after bad experience with Woodmont. I have paid a lot of money there and I am not going back. My last experience was to have a crown replaced that they put in twice. It came out three times in 6 months. The last replacement they said they would take care of it. Then I turn around and get a bill from them. It was like they were going to take care of it but in essence they wanted the insurance company to pay for it. I also got tired of all the appointment calls. One time they called me to remind of an appointment and I was already there. My mouth is a mess because of them. One time they kept trying to send me to an orthodontist to find out if I needed a crown. Ridiculous.... Just money hungry. I will pay the bill but I won't be going back. It will cost them more money to lose a customer.

Dr. Russell did a filling on one of my teeth and the very same day on the very same tooth it cracked. So now this dentist office is saying they're not liable for damaging my tooth that they worked on and they want to charge me an arm and a leg to fix the very same tooth that I went in for a week earlier. This is by far the worst dentist office ive ever been to and are scammers. Dr. Russell denied to fix my tooth that he ruined and less I paid him again for the very same tooth that he fixed a week earlier. I literally spent 1000s of dollars in this office and never again. This place sucks

I only made an appointment over the phone, called the morning of my appointment to see if I could come in early and was hung up on six times, without an apology after getting through on the seventh try. The office staff was so disrespectful. Furthermore, to ensure it wasn’t my phone having the issue, I called 4 locations and my phone was operating fine. Regardless, once I was able to get through, the response from the ‘professional’ staff in the office should’ve been different. Well, unfortunately, by this time I knew this was not the dental office for me and just think, someone referred me to this office. God ALWAYS gives you a sign.

Look at the history of the BAD REVIEWS they all fall in line. "Overcharged" "said I need a deep cleaning" "charged for services and medicines they didn't give" Thats terrible. This is suppose to be a "doctor" ! the worst part is everyone in his office is in on it they must get a commission on sales instead of being paid hourly. I don't know how they sleep at night. I will never come back here again. I received this exact scandal services that all these bad reviews say happen to them.
