I'm am very comfortable with this Dental office. It was highly recommended. David, my hygienist was very nice and caring. Dr. Russell was confident in his exam. The girls in the front were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you team!

Very bad service, you will regret doing any procedure there. Poor explanation of cost and very poor dental work. I went to this office for a cleaning they told me I needed 5 fillings and that my insurance was gonna pay for two. They gave me a bill for a little over $500 and I paid 50% on a payment arrangement to pay the other half in a month. When that month came my card was charged for the remaining 50%. Two months after I get a bill from Woodmount Family dentistry that I owe them $313 because my insurance only covered a partial amount of the cost and they didn’t tell me that so I could choose what I could afford at the time. This is all because they wanted me to go though with the procedure no one informed me of that. That is deceitful in order to make money On top of that I made numerous phone calls to them because 3mths after I am still sensitive in that area where the fillings were done. I wasn’t even given an apology for the bad service..... I Will be going to a different dentist. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau!

There is not enough great things I can say about this amazing office. Every interaction with the staff will make you feel like family. Andrea always goes above and beyond to welcome you to the practice. She remembers every patient by name and makes you feel like the most special patient in the practice. Lindsay and David are both super gentle hygienists who will always keep you laughing throughout the appointment. I absolutely love Dr. Russell! Not only is he a wonderful Dentist but is also extremely personable. He will make you feel relaxed and at ease during your appointment. I am so happy that i have found this office and actually look forward to going to the dentist now.

This is the best dental experience I have ever had! I would be shocked if anyone had a bad experience with Dr. Russell as he is very knowledgeable. I am currently being treated for Invisalign and love it. I will never let another dentist treat me except Dr. Russell! I highly recommended him.

I love this dentist off! From the friendly staff to the amazing Dr. its worth the 25 mins drive. No one generally likes to visit the dentist, but when you go to an office that treats patients like people— taking time to explain to them what treatment is needed and what the treatment will entails is a ++++ for me (cleanings, Invisalign, gum reductions, etc....). I like to be well informed when I am going to spend hard earned dollars. The team that works with Dr. Russell is so friendly and caring. Dr. Russell takes pride in the quality of care he gives each patient, transforming what negative myths that people have about going to the dentist. Thank you for always taking care of me, and making my dental care a priority. I love my smile! 😁
