Dr. Russell is a consummate leader and professional. Does a MARVELOUS job with everything that he touches! I AM VERY, VERY, VERY HAPPY with the invisalign job he helped orchestrate on me!!! I highly recommend this dental establishment.

I originally chose this dental location because it was close to my neighborhood that I reside in. I have stuck with that location for many years. They are attentive with both adults and kids. In the past several years there was a transition in partnership and the new team is very courteous and helpful with whatever the individual need of the patient is at the moment. They have become very organized and detailed oriented. Usually people will have a little bit of anxiety with going to their visits but by the time you leave they usually make you laugh about something in general and try to ease whatever discomfort you may be having. I would rate the Woodmont Family Dentistry with 5 stars.

I had an amazing experience, root canal went off with out a hitch! Dr. Jean Russell was profesional, has thorough understanding of his trade and had me laughing through the scariest procedure I’ve ever had. The rest of the staff is just as knowledgeable and are very attentive and kind.

My sister made my appointment here, and thinking it was like any other dentist visit, poking, prodding, and then of course paying for your visit without knowing what the doctor even did. But as soon as I walked in I knew my visit was going to be different, everyone was so nice, helpful, and forthcoming with all the information I needed to know! Best dental visit experience I’ve ever had and I will be back!

Everyone is patient and understanding due to the fact that I get nervous when it’s time to go to the dentist. Dr Russell and his staff are always there to reassure me that I’ll be ok. Lol

I received a flyer in the mail for cleaning, exam, and xrays....I made my appt for 5pm and arrived at 430pm....once arriving I was then told they will not be able to do my cleaning because of the time of day....I was never told this when I scheduled my appt online or when I spoke to the receptionist who confirmed my appt. This was an inconvenience for me. I can't attest for their actual dental services but the customer service was horrible and misleading. If they were misleading upfront I can't imagine what more they are misleading about. As a healthcare professional, being honest before hand is part of quality care. Very disappointing! Don't schedule people for late appointments if you can't produce the service that was requested.

I have been going to Woodmont Dentistry for years and have referred a lot of people to them. Unfortunately yesterday I had an appointment to have my cleaning and upon arrival I was given a new hygienist. During the visit she told me that she could not do my bi-yearly cleaning and let me know that I needed a deep cleaning. I let her know that I would make an appointment for the deep cleaning in January but wanted to get my regular cleaning as scheduled. She refused which now meant that even though I actually came for my cleaning my rights as a patient were taking away because she refused to do what I asked. I asked to see the dentist and she told me he was not in. I became very upset and left. I am sorry for myself that I need to find a new dentist now and lost my cleaning for the year being it’s December and I’m running out of time. The majority of the staff at Woodmont are wonderful though
