Very friendly atmosphere. David the hygienist is so friendly & very gentle. He listens patiently to your concerns and answers all your questions. He's extremely knowledgeable and never pushy. I know he'll be honest. His wife who works there too is also a hygienist and she is just as wonderful. Doc Russell is also fantastic....not pushy. They tell you the facts & give you options /suggestions. I would recommend them.

Before sitting in Dr Russell's chair I was terrified of dentist. It had been years since I had had dental work done in my mouth I was truly scared. He explained his procedure he explained about sedation and basically about being pain-free which was hard to believe.Well Dr Russell you made a believer out of me and today I walked out of there with tears of joy and happiness. I had made a promise to myself to take better care of my teeth and this office made it possible. Everyone in his office from the wonderful receptionist to the dental assistants you are cared for in this office . His staff is awesome and they really do care about you. Put your fears aside I know this is long but it had to be said I'm so happy that I went there.

I'm a long term patient at WFD and can't say enough about the entire office and dental staff's professionalism, warmth, and friendliness. Dr Russell is extremely meticulous in his work and strives to make his patients comfortable and informed when proposing or performing all levels of dental procedures. He is very hands on and takes time with each patient, not just in and out.

The office is efficiently run and always available for questions and scheduling. I always feel welcomed, well informed, and in good hands!

This office is the best! I have been coming here for years! Everyone is friendly from the front desk to the clinical team. Zane helps me at all my appointments with Dr. Russell and every hygienist, especially Sandra, I've seen has always taken great care of me. Andrea is the best at fitting any treatment in my budget. Lanisha, the manager, really has made a lot of improvements since Dr. O'Neil left.

This team of professionals is always on top ,timely,friendly,super clean office and dedicated team members,I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a Dentist.

Going to my dentist appointment is like going to therapy. The atmosphere, the service, the acknowledgment, the comradery, the effectiveness, is simply like no other. No insurance, no worries. They take very good care of their customers.

I will never go back!! I made an appointment for a cleaning. Spent over an hour taking x-rays and talking to the dental hygienist, dentist, and the payment coordinator for future appointments. After I was done speaking to the payment coordinator, the dental hygienist came back in the room, put her chair back, handed me my purse, and told me to have a great day. I was so confused by this because I specifically came for a cleaning. I looked at the dental hygienist and said, "I'm scheduled for a cleaning." The dental hygienist told me due to me needing a deep cleaning she will not perform a regular cleaning. This is extremely upsetting to me when I made it very clear over the phone that I live in Jupiter and I made my appointment with the intentions of getting my teeth cleaned. I've never been to a dentist office where they turn you down for a regular cleaning because they recommend you get a deep cleaning instead. Not everybody has the time or can afford to spend over $500 for a deep cleaning and that's with insurance. Back in 2015, this place was great. But since being under new management and a different dentist, this place has gone downhill. Even the receptionist is rude! Apparently the way they deal with patients, is by giving them a smug look and asking me, "So what do you want to do then?" Horrible establishment. The dentist wonders why patients don't return. That's a true statement from the dentist.

I visited your Tamara office today. It was so refreshing dealing with your entire staff. The two receptionists at the front desk greeted me with such a welcoming visit. From start to finish such Graciousness and Processionalism. I have recommended so many people. I have even paid for your services without insurance. I will continue to be a Client at your establishment. Please applaud your Staff. You have a referral fan for.Life. Keep up the Good Work.

I originally scheduled an appointment as a new patient as I needed a routine cleaning done, when I was there I was told I needed a deep cleaning and that they couldn't do my regular cleaning. So I made appointment for the deep cleaning and was going back regularly however every time I went they were overcharging me even after verifying my insurance benefits. The last time when I called about this, they were very rude to me as I was questioning why my invoice that was given to me at the office did not match the charges being submitted to the insurance. After her continuous attitude I advised her to cancel all my future appointments and refund me my money (almost $40 this time). It has been 7 weeks and still no money so I called back and again a nasty attitude and was told there was no request put in for a refund...really, you overcharged me and it is your duty to refund me, I should have to request one, which by the way I did your staff is just refusing to send me my refund. I am in the process of contacting the insurance commission since this office does not want to refund my money
