I attempted to switch to Woodmont Family Dentistry because of their location. I Went to this office for a simple cleaning with my usual zero $ co-pay. They were all pleasant and courteous as they explained that instead, I needed over $800 in Deep Cleaning and over $1000 in extensive dental work. Good thing I went back to my old dentist for a 2nd opinion AND to make sure, she sent me to an Endodontic Specialist - BOTH agreed that I needed ABSOLUTELY NO dental work done right now. Had I listened to the people at Woodmont Dentistry, I would have wasted a ton of money.

Dr. Russell and the hygienist David Torres were super amazing and professional. They were very patient and helpful guiding me throughout my procedures. I highly recommend them 100% all of my years of going to different dentist firm thus by far is one of the best densitry I have ever been in. There staff as well was very attentive and friendly definitely will be back :)

I love Woodmont! Dr. Russell and his team are all outstanding and the provide a patient experience that is second to none. They're very up front about diagnosing and care plans and really have a way of putting nervous patients like me at ease. Each person I came in contact with was enthusiastic and very helpful from Andrea and Lanisha at the front desk, to Lindsay the hygienist and Andrea the assistant. An excellent all around office! Going to the dentist is never really fun, but this group makes it a really positive experience!

Had a major toothache out of absolutely nowhere! I called and was literally in the chair within the next hour getting a proper examination with what the true issue was. They completely saved my day and I would recommend them to world if I had the power too.

Everyone at the facility was a huge help during my visit. No matter what it took , they were willing to help me and make sure that I got the help I needed. David T. was the absolute best ! He was so reassuring and I’ve only met him this one time but he made me feel like a long time client. I can tell he takes his job to the heart and it showed every minute he worked with me, I really appreciated him. Andrea R. was also really sweet she comforted me thru my root canal and communicated with me what was going on before it happened so nothing was unexpected. Lanesha was a great help as well , finances were tough but she helped me pull through so I could get the procedures I needed done and I appreciated that with her as well. Overall the staff was awesome and I will definitely be back.

David the hygienist and Dr. Russell explain every aspect and detail of the procedure and diagnosis. They both were super gentle and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. They use top notch technology to examine you and are very detailed in every aspect of the process. Highly recommended!

This is by far the best office I've ever been to. The staff is fantastic and the service is amazing. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I've never encountered a staff that has looked out for my best interest more than these guys. And a special thank you to David for taking such great care of me every time!! I recommend them to everyone!!
