I had to see Dr Parasher because Dr Phelps wasn't there. That will never happen again, Dr Parasher bedside manners aren't great! Dr. Phelps is so kind and courteous.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Phelps for a few years and from inception I have not had a bad experience. Hilda the office manager is very thorough, patient and very welcoming, Patty my dental assistant is very knowledgeable, patient, thorough and very pleasant. I have observed all the staff interactions with other patients and I think they all exemplified their boss Dr Phelps who is the most caring knowledgeable and professional dentist I have ever had care for me. Unfortunately we will be moving away and I am hesitant in establishing another relationship with a new dentist so we might be flying back just for the services of the team at A Caring Dentist. Thanks a million my fear of visiting the dentist is in the past 🙏🙏🙏

Dentist was not caring enough to actually be there for my confirmed, scheduled appointment. Arrived at the office and was greeted by a locked door with shades drawn. Office manager in the process of leaving didn't seem to care about my appointment, nonchalantly said the dentist already left, proceeded to tell me to "feel free to go to another dentist," and hurried on her way.

Dr. Phelp's is wonderful! She is patient when listening to your concerns. She always hums when working on my teeth. That, surprisingly calms me down.
