Conyers Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

Madison is the best hygienist I've ever had! She is very gentle and listens to your concerns. She is also very thorough and does not make you feel rushed. She offers great advice about dental hygiene and you can tell she loves her job! I definitely recommend requesting her as your hygienist. Dr. Collins is also an amazing Dentist! He's fun, talented, genuine, and empathetic. He listens and reacts swiftly and efficiently. I am very greatful to have him as my dentist.

(Dentist) Dr. Franklin Anya did an excellent job on my teeth. He was attentive and provided an excellent service. Great since of humor, and great listener. I had a tooth extract and a crown replacement. He numbed me just right and procedure was painless. I was discharged home with instructions, medications, and follow-up care. They even did a follow up call to make sure I was recovering okay when I got home. I highly recommend this Dentist. His assistant was pleasant and together they worked well as a team. I forgot to say… I am an APRN and can be considered a “difficult patient” and he still handled me with care, respect and dignity!

I have a history of bad experiences at dentist offices. To the point where I would only go if I absolutely had a problem that was causing pain. That being said, I had the best experience at Conyers Smiles. Everyone was extremely nice. The X-rays were digital so they didn’t cut my gums up like in the past. The dentist was very explanatory and understanding. The hygienist was amazing. I think I have finally found a dentist that I can go to on a regular basis. Thank you to everyone that was involved in my care.

First time at the office and the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I met Dr Franklin Anya who was very friendly and explained what he was recommending for me he is a really nice person I plan to stay under his care. The teeth cleaning was done by Ashley Maxwell who did a fantastic job never did I feel any pain and she thoroughly explained every procedure she did which impressed me and she is very personable and knowledgeable. I am a person who has had many dentists as I have moved around the country so I can say I have seen some bad and some good. I highly recommend Conyers smile dentistry and Orthodontics for your dental care.

Came in for an emergency visit to get my chipped crown fixed. I called and they fit me in immediately.

Very nice and efficient front desk staff, loved the office/billing manager who was super friendly and fun,, and Dr. Singh was the best.

I’ve been coming here to see Dr Collins and Staff for years! Danielle, Brittany, Madison to name a few! From the front door to the room you are greeted with smiling faces! Service and care is very Thorough. I even bring my oldest son here for orthodontic care. Highly recommended dentist office in Conyers!!!

Made an appointment at this office for 8 am this morning 6 months ago. I received a text message two days ago to confirm my 8 am appointment, which I did. Arrived today to find
out the opening time changed to 9am ( was never notified.) I patiently for waited until 9am and was nonchalantly told by a receptionist I had to wait a couple of hours to be seen. I refused a exited the office. While in my car, I was approached by an elderly woman who witnessed my encounter play out. She was upset by the treatment I received and started she was canceling her appointment so I could have hers. I thanked her and respectfully declined. Unfortunately, we both left. Frustrating reading other reviews from months ago with clients dealing with the same issues and nothing changed. I took time off from work for this appointment which is so frustrating .

I have a history of dodging appointments out of the fear of how much pain and torture there will be. Dr. Anya sat down with me and calmly explained what all was going on, why, and most importantly, what we can do to solve the problem. He shared some personal stories as well that made me know he truly understood where my mind was.

Throughout the procedure, he constantly ensured that I was fine and not feeling a bit of paint- I even fell asleep during the root canal! The man is truly great at his craft, I promise you after your first visit with him, your dentist fears will be gone.

This place used to have a standard of excellence. But unfortunately it is no longer a great place. The receptionist are very unprofessional they don’t greet women when they come in the door but flirt with the men when they enter. The standard should be greet everyone that walk through your doors and address their concerns. They also gossip about customers after they leave. Which is Ghetto. Because the remaining customers can hear you. If you talk about them you talk about me. This isn’t the break room. The front desk represents the entire face of a company. The new system they switched too was not a good idea.
The black lady who handles the insurance is very callous to customers I don’t know if it’s because of her old age and she not happy with her life but kindness and respect goes along way. Most of the greatest people that were there all have left. And customers spend too much good money there to get treated like nothing. Sometimes rapid expansion doesn’t mean growth in fact you can go backward and lose loyal customers when a business doesn’t plan out properly how they are going to expand. It’s like they just hire run of the mill people just to fill a spot. And the system never has your information updated so you will come in for an appointment and basically waste your time with information they didn’t relay to you at front desk for your appointment to go through smoothly. It’s pathetic. Take some real business courses and train your staff properly so you can stop losing valuable customers like me and my husband. Now we have to waste time finding another dentist and I gotta find another orthodontist
