I went into the orthodontist side of the office for the purpose of getting Invisalign. The front desk receptionist seemed friendly but as soon as I got to the back , the lady taking my X-rays was extremely short with me and seemed annoyed as I asked questions about the procedure. My time is extremely limited so I kept moving along w the appointment and pretty much felt like my money didn’t matter( mind you I paid cash $4k for 6 months of Invisalign) I wish I would’ve read reviews before I visited. Once she was done she told me I can come back in 6 weeks to pick up my retainers. I get a call saying my retainers are finally ready( I called them multiple times) get up there to pick them up and they are like , this will probably be a 2 hour appointment. I was like well no one communicated that to me or even how this process works. They made it seem like I was just picking up retainers. The lady working as the assistant that day was just as rude as the first assistant. She literally barely spoke , just put out hand sanitizer and told me to sit down. I had to reschedule my entire fir a lack of communication, they barely even speak and they will definitely treat you like a number . I don’t recommend! Take your money where people care about you and I’m pretty sure I overpaid . I’m giving them 2 stars bc the front desk receptionist was sweet but that’s pretty much it

I wish I could give this dentist 0 stars. I went to this dentist for the first time, and the dentist looked at my X-rays and teeth and said that everything looked fine. Moments later the hygienist did the periodontal probe exam and claimed that I had Periodontal Disease and needed a deep cleaning that would cost me $350 out of pocket plus whatever money they would receive from my insurance company. I was skeptical because I brush twice a day, floss, and use mouthwash. I also go to the dentist regularly, but I missed about a year's worth of appointments due to the COVID Pandemic. No dentist has ever mentioned that I had Periodontal Disease nor have they told me I require a deep cleaning. I scheduled an appointment with another dentist a few days later to get a second opinion. The new dentist also performed the periodontal exam and none of my pockets were greater than 3mm, which means I do NOT have periodontal disease. Turns out my teeth are just fine, and I just needed a regular cleaning which is free with insurance. This dentist should be shut down for lying to patients to get more money!

Danielle and Dr G were just amazing! I actually came to the wrong orthodontist for my son, they however ended up fitting us in for a consultation on the spot! So thankful I came to Conyers Smiles instead! Can’t wait to start the process with my little boy!

I had a crown break off and was able to get a first time appointment to be seen the very next morning. I cannot say enough about the fantastic and professional treatment I received from all of the staff. Dr. Collins was wonderful. He took time to explain my options and what his expert opinion of best treatment would be for me. The dental assistant Miranda Whittle was awesome! She did a great job explaining everything and paid close attention to details when making my impression for a new crown. Julia is fantastic at making sure all patients are comfortable, being taken care of and offering assistance when needed. I am very impressed with Dr. Collins and his entire Team. Thank you so for the great experience!

I had my best dental visit experience ever with Dr. Collins and his staff. He provides quality services in a very caring, professional, pleasant and accommodating manner. If you are looking for a quality competent Dentist/Orthodontist or simply aren't satisfied with your current one, I highly recommend Dr. Collins and his staff.

I’ve been going to Dr. Collins for a while now and after receiving my umpteenth cleaning on Friday, I was compelled to give Conyers Smile Dentistry my review. First and foremost I cannot recommend them enough. My Hygienist Angelique is phenomenal!! She’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and she's extremely good at what she does. I appreciate that the staff not only go above and beyond providing exceptional dental care, but they genuinely take the time to get to know their patients – which is so nice and refreshing. Nuff Respect goes out to the newly promoted Assistant Manager (don’t remember her name), formerly the receptionist, she’s awesome!

The best experience I've had with a dentist office. A little hiccup at check-in due to the new system but no biggie, it was handled well. Highly recommended.

Today’s visit at Conyers Smile and Dentistry confirms that I personally made the best decision to leave Great Expression of Conyers. The staff is phenomenal and the Doctors are exceptionally professional. Dr. Moody takes great care of my daughter and her braces. Dr. Collins make you feel welcome all while keeping it real and giving you the best recommendation for both the daughters. But today’s was all about Dr. Sconion and Marisa not only did thy go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about getting a root canal 🦷 and an additional crown on another tooth they talk me through the whole procedure. They constantly check on me to ensure I was okay. Marisa was very detail about the procedure earlier this week and even though I received a call from my daughter school for her acting up she was able to comfort me and tell me how that would be okay as well. We you are spending thousands of dollars for a procedure and having a minor surgery all you want know is that you are appreciated and that you are in good hands. The receptionist are cool as well and the office manage Nicole always take care of me with anything I need. It’s not enough stars to say Thank you 🙏🏾 But THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF

Please move with caution if you are assigned to Dr. Melanie Evans. She does not communicate effectively at all. I selected this office due to my insurance network changing. Since the short time that I’ve been working with this office, it’s been a complete run around. One recommendation to the next to keep the customer’s money rotating. Yes the previous reviews are very true. My first visit, I sat in a space for almost an hour without any service. I was patient because my son was getting his teeth cleaned in another room. I was understanding and rescheduled my appointment to a less busy day. My second visit, I received my cleaning and recommendations. I returned the next month to complete my recommendations per Dr. Evans and of course more out of pocket expenses to the point the office offer payment plans and will make you feel the recommendations are urgent. Next visit.... YES of course more recommendations, more money needed. New recommendations each time! No dental plan, no action plan, just ongoing recommendations which never happened with my previous office. Also let me say that I was very on the edge about one of the recommendations. She sent an assistant in my room to give me a homegirl pep talk. This has never happened to me in a medical setting so of course I was thrown off a bit but I still tried to remain positive. One of the recommendations was to remove one of my back wisdom teeth. I finally agreed after 30 mins of going over options with my spouse. I was given numb medication however Dr. Evans could not remove the tooth which made me really nervous. She called in another dentist professional which was very professional and EXPERIENCED! He removed the tooth in no time which proved his experience verses her experience. She began to tell him that he could take credit for my work and another patient that he completed work on her behalf. Yes this was all discussed in front in me as a patient! I’m thinking.... now this is all adding up!! They work off commission! So again, please make sure you have everything in writing and documented. You may want to go as far to get a 2nd opinion. May I add, I called to voice my concerns and the Office Manager Lillie was extremely nice, patient, and professional. I honestly hate doing reviews because I try to give situations the benefit of the doubt but I absolutely had to share my experience.
