Stop!!!! Drop everything and come see Dr. Bishara and his staff! I usually avoid the dentist like the plague and I am always anxious. Well check this out, I was literally falling asleep as Dr. Bishara filled me in. I know right!!!!.... I'm still shocked. Thanks to the benevolent Dr. Bishara and his staff I can't wait to get back in his chair. Seriously the level of service and quality of his work is amazing. I live in East Cobb and the other contributing factor for having him give you the smile you really want in a healthy way are his prices. More than reasonable and did I mention the quality. Saving the best for last....Carmen, thank you for being you. I know you love your job because it shows! I will be back (in my terminator voice)!!!!!!

Dr Bishara is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! Don't let this practice fool you! They also take down the REAL complaints and pick and choose what they want to stay posted! I posted my complaint a year ago and of course they removed it, so I'm posting another so people will know the real Dr Bishara! I went to J&J dental for a couple of years until I needed clearance to have both my hips replaced. The pain was awful! Because I didnt want the EXPENSIVE services he claimed I needed before hip surgery, Dr Bishara LIED and said he would give me clearance. I left his office thinking he would provide the clearance! Please know that he did NOT! When I went to another dentist he said because there was NO INFECTION NO WHERE in my mouth and the great dentist Dr Williams provided me with clearance and I was able to have both of my hips replaced and he provided some dental services afterwards! The fact that I had trusted Dr Bishara and he LIED, to me that effects your credibility to be trusted! Make sure you are truthful with ALL your patients! If you say you're going to do something, be a person of character and DO IT!

Use this place if you want to be oversold. I went in for my covered free cleaning and was told that they would not offer me that and would only do a more expansive and evasive cleaning, which costs my health care company and myself more money! When I questioned the staff about this, they were rude and refused to offer me what I asked for.

I was also told I could buy veneers on the first visit!! I see how they pay for their new equipment and building! I do not recommend this place!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bishara and his staff at J & J Dental in Marietta GA. I must admit going to the dentist over the years had become the ‘dreaded fear’ and many times avoided at a costly expense to my teeth. I experienced my deep fear of going to the dentist in my early 30’s due to the fact that I suffered a severe allergic reaction to the injections that were administered to me. Thus, scarring me over the years with a deep fear of being in the dentist chair. As the years passed, I visited one dentist office after another in the hopes of finding one that would put me at ease and help me in transitioning over to becoming less fearful and more comfortable and secure in the dentist chair only to walk away with more fear and dissatisfaction. Upon realizing my need for a good dentist, my daughter in law Lauren, highly recommended she and my sons dentist Dr. Bishara. She assured me that I would be very satisfied with his care and have no regrets and urged me to call his office and make an appointment. At the age of 65, I walked into Dr. Bishara’s office, in desperate need of root canals and replacement of missing teeth. I immediately began to feel the comfort in my decision to come in and the soon to follow realization that there is a genuine love and concern Dr. Bishara and his team feel for their patients. His office is bright, warm and inviting. The smiles on the faces of Dr. Bishara and each one of his office personnel is priceless. I walked away from my very first appointment with not only a plan to help restore the deterioration the years of neglect to my teeth had produced, but, a feeling that I had happened upon a blessing. You see, Dr. Bishara’s mannerisms, concern and expert dental knowledge immediately calmed my fears. He and his staff gave me the time and attention I personally needed to reassure me that I was in the best of hands. At J & J Dental you are not just another patient…you are family! Yes! Dr. Bishara truly cares about his patients and gives his utmost attention in assuring that you are comfortable and satisfied. When my daughter- n -law Lauren happened upon Dr. Bishara, she happened upon one of a kind… a truly dedicated, kind, personable, honest and professionally knowledgeable dentist and family man. Now over the years she, two of my sons, daughter, my husband and myself are deeply satisfied to be patients or should I say blessed to be part of the family at J & J Dental . I always have a great experience with the dentist. He goes out his way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. All the dental hygienists are sooooo sweet!

Im one whos been terrified of going to the dentist since i was a child. That changed when i was dying in pain and needed a root canal immediately. They fit me right in, everyone was so nice, and made my overall experience great. Ive been back several times now and everyone remembers you... they are always accommodating and the Dr is amazing. I highly reccomended

I was looking for a Dentist and after I read some of the reviews I made decision to schedule an appt. for my daughter and I. First visit was ok. Little bit disorganized as they were trying to refer me to different office however they couldn't find the referral form. I was told it will be emailed however I never got an email. I finally got the referral form however no phone # I guess I just need to google or go on my own as I am not required to have a referral.
Today my daughter appt.. was to have her tooth fixed due to cavity. First one of the receptionist few days ago was rude on the phone and told me that they don't see kids with cavities and is my fault that my daughter has cavity. Anyway I went today and I was told to wait outside as the kids are doing better without their parents. My daughter is 7 I don't necessarily agree but I left anyway. NOT KIDS FRIENDLY AT ALL. THE WAY THEY TALKED TO MY DAUGHTES IS LIKE SHE IS 15 AND NOT 7 YEARS OLD KID. I was waiting in the waiting room. One of them came out with my daughter few minutes later and told me because they have to give her shot and she didn't cooperate they not going to be able to treat her. I didn't understand so I went to the front desk receptionist to see what happened and she said mam your daughter was crying and lifting her hands towards her mouth we can't treat her you need to take her to another Dr. that specializes in kids treatment. I was thinking that I was very specific from the beginning when I was scheduling appt. and I was told by the same office clerk yes mam we can help your daughter. They already took the X-Ray. I was just confused because kid is crying or panicking you refuse to treat her. It's been now 3 hours since that happened my daughter mouth is 3 times her size from swelling and numbness so when they already numbed my daughter tooth wouldn't be common sense to treat the issue. I will wait to see if the swelling goes away if not I will need to take my daughter to urgent care. The Dr. of course never came out and my daughter is telling me that they were laughing at her telling her you need to go to your mom.....I never had to do this but this is one of the most horrible experience I ever had with any professional medical office EVER.....I WILL NEVER GO BACK IN THAT OFFICE AND PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE A DENTAL OFFICE CAREFULLY AS THIS SEEMS LIKE NEW OFFICE. I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF THERE ARE MORE COMMENTS LIKE MINE COMMING UP IN THE FUTURE.

Excellent practice! Dr. Bishara is a great dentist who has knowledge, and patience as well as a great and caring staff. I will now have this practice as the go to practice for my own and my family's dental needs.

Great experience! The staff was very attentive and my hygienist, Camille, was very thorough. Dr Bishara was very honest with my treatment needs and I look forward to my next visit! Overall, I would recommend this office!

I had the best experience ever, Dr Bishara is very kind and very knowledgeable with 17 yeas experience I really felt I was in a very good hands. The staff was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend JJ Dental for my family and friends.
